Please, stop. Everything you guys keep telling us just makes me cringe even more. First it's "more action, less horror", now it's "like Modern Warfare 2 action". Think we need to have a moment of silence for Dead Space. It had such potential to rejuvenate the survival horror genre.
I think Bungie is toughNAME. They both do/did the stealth troll bit, and toughNAME also devoted his life to N4G, getting first post all day long.
Doesn't matter what score they give MAG, GameDaily has a long trail of 360-centric bias. I'm not one to cry shenanigans over the occasional bull review, but GameDaily is one of the few outlets I consider blatantly one-sided towards the 360. Until they trash that worthless hack Chris Buffa, there's no way I'd ever take them seriously. He's the source of all their swooning over Microsoft.
I mean come on, they named the 360 the best console ever made. One of the reasons you shou...
It's so weird how the most ferociously retarded bots at this site are European. I always expected the most devoted 360 fundamentalists to be American. Maybe they're all just the same guy. They certainly are fond of multiple accounts.
A little fact checking just for kicks:
- GTA started on PC/PS1, and the whole PS2 series was also on Xbox.
- Virtua Fighter started on SEGA consoles.
- Final Fantasy started on Nintendo consoles, and XI has been on Microsoft cons...
I subscribed at issue 3, and I believe I got more than $30 in free games from the subscription, so it was worth it. No way I'd re-subscribe though. The only episode I really liked was Halloween 2008, which was like... 3rd in my subscription. The rest were crap.
Dude's got a pornstar name. "D!ck Brass". Awesome.
So unrealistic. Everyone knows that the grave-digging TV-bots that hang around the outskirts of post-apocalyptic Las Vegas ride on 2 wheels.
DO WANT! Fallout 3 is my favorite RPG of this gen, by miles. Can't wait for New Vegas.
Sh*t just got real. BRING IT ON!!!
1.7's got it. FFVII has way too many towns for them to handle. Towns; separating the men from the boys this gen.
Frankly, I don't even want the remake. In the hands of the worthless pricks at SE these days, they'd probably ruin it. When your devs QQ about towns being too hard to create, you know there's a serious lack of talent at your studio.
That's the real comparison for me, not counting pixels on a 500x zoom.
Which version charges me extra to play online?
Good job IGN. Attack fanboys who state preference as fact by claiming your preference is a superior fact. The hell happened to the "journalists" in this industry? I shouldn't feel turned off to gaming by reading things at gaming sites.
Haha, you mean like what happened with the Wii, Sony? You know, low stock, being sold out everywhere? Clearly your Wii-like sales tell the same tale. Oh wait...
I hate PR douchebags, no matter who they work for.
If it's a return to its 2D roots, count me in. If it's the next installation of 3D Sonic fail, I'm out.
Stay classy.
...though I do agree.
I said I wasn't gonna buy it before it came out, and I didn't. (following through on something, what a crazy concept, eh?)
Keep f*ckin' that chicken guys. Don't complain next time Activision decides to pull some bullshit on consumers. You only have yourselves to blame.
Well that's just wonderful. The first game in years to actually bring some great material to the dying genre, and they're talking about pulling the Resident Evil transformation. F*cking figures.
Approach with caution, Molyneux-speak ahead. He has a proven track record of promising an ocean and delivering a puddle.
Woot, UT04.
I was really hoping Dead Space would blossom as a full-blown franchise, and shoulder all the weight of a failing survival horror genre. It's one of my favorite genres, but it's on life support with Silent Hill being just generally awful nowadays, Fatal Frame being on Wii (and only in Japan), and Resident Evil being a TPS with gimped controls. Dead Space was amazing. Probably the best I've played since Silent Hill 2 and 3. I'm not so optimistic about Dead Space 2 right now.
