Point cards count as accessories? No wonder they often beat their chests about their crazy accessory revenue. I'll bet they count gold subscription cards too.
The trailer was actually pretty cool, but it doesn't change my feelings about this game.
Hey, where'd all the straws go? ...oh, I see.
bay·o·net [bey-uh-nit] – noun
1. a daggerlike steel weapon that is attached to or at the muzzle of a gun and used for stabbing or slashing in hand-to-hand combat.
Unlike Microsoft, when Sony claims shortages it's backed up by numerous major retail chains.
Well they've gotta make sure the cameras present are under their control. Look what happened last year. Everyone lost their shit over Milo, then one by one as the gaming press got a chance to check it out, they reported it wasn't at all what Microsoft claimed it was, and that it was being mostly controlled by a guy with a laptop behind the TV. Not to mention the whole year since then has only seen exposure via private pseudo-celeb gatherings, full of people who wouldn't know ho...
I've got a friend who was keeping his 360 solely for ME2 because he loved the first one so much, and he was extremely disappointed with it because of how much it strayed away from being an RPG.
I played ME2 before ME, and while I really do like ME2, I completely understand what he meant now that I'm playing through ME. Everything is incredibly linear and streamlined in ME2 compared to the first, like a TPS with vague RPG elements.
Whether it ends up being good or not, that's a stupid statement. Typical of Douche Huge, or whatever he's calling himself these days.
Interesting, I guess. Sounds similar to that N7 mission where a paranoid AI killed everyone on a ship. Would have preferred something involving Liara and the Shadowbroker, along with everyone else who keeps asking for it on the ME2 FaceBook page.
I completely agree on the health care bit. The government botched that whole bill. I'd say it was all because of making concessions to the Republican hive mind, but both sides are bought and paid for by the insurance industry so the whole thing was a facade since the beginning. Should have been universal coverage, or a "public option" if they planned on forcing people into insurance.
I'm not loyal or supportive of any particular politician. Successful po...
That's what kills me about people who think Obama is destroying America with his "socialist, communist, nazi, Stalin, Kenyan, terrorist, Maoist" agenda. It's hard for me to even imagine how someone can become so indoctrinated with neo-con propaganda. FOX News running through their veins.
I caught that segment in my first playthrough but not my 2nd one. Forgot where it triggers.
Whatever it is, it better be reasonably priced. Even if they charged 400 MSP for Kasumi they'd be pushing it. At 560 it's a total ripoff.
Compensation for a particular feature is arbitrary, and not at all the point of this, but something that should have been worked out when they decided to steal features from their customers. Several of you have also completely ignored the part where I said the ToS covering Sony from being accused of wrongdoing doesn't mean they're innocent. Legally they might be clean, but it doesn't mean what they did was right.
You paid $600 for the whole package, which includ...
I fail to see the correlation between Sony taking back something people paid for and the death of innovation in gaming.
I know I take an unpopular stance on this topic, particularly among the Sony loyalists, but I'm advocating for you guys, consumers. Just because the ToS says Sony can do this doesn't mean it's right. You buy something, they decide they don't want you using it anymore, they take it away without compensation. If you don't see how that...
You're right, Microsoft has much better internets. I better go buy 10 years of XBL Gold in advance, just in case they run out of their private stock of superior internets.
On a serious note though, I disagree. I've played on both, a lot. I've spent about 15x as much time on the PSN though, and I've experienced about half as much trouble as I've run into on XBL. Lag being the main one. The community might not be the most talkative because mics don'...
Halo =/= Retarded live-action Halo commercials.
Like the games, hate the ads, especially the live-action ones. They're ridiculously corny and low brow. If you'd enjoy watching 2 hours of that, you need help. Could also use a lesson or two in hyperbole if you really think it makes me wanna kill myself.
Kratos is a bad Hollywood protagonist as well. He's an antihero who does things sometimes that almost make him a villain. Full of raw hate and a need for vengeance. There's no mercy in him, even against innocents who just happen to be there at the time.
That makes him one of my favorite characters of all time, but it also makes for a poor character to market for some crap movie. They've always gotta fit that cliche mold of being honorable or merciful if they...
They're gonna be just absolutely awful anyways. Imagining 2 hours of those retarded live-action Halo commercials makes me wanna kill myself.
Still not sure why this game went from non-existent to the world's greatest in the span of a month or two on the internet. One day no one cared, the next day everyone did.
Investigating mind control angle, seems plausible.
As far as I'm concerned, they're required. 360 sounds horrible playing uninstalled games.
It's a different kind of install, though. 360 install is like a PC install. Disc just chills in the tray as verification. PS3 install is different. It's not often that you hear the disc in the PS3, but I remember hearing it a lot during MGS4, which had an absurd amount of installs, so the games seem to access both simultaneously.
