That's crazy. Hard to pull in a real game scenario -- if you last that long, but amusing. It's gotta have to be patched no doubt, unless Blizzard allows it to go live.

That game is made by people from Blizzard and Arenanet -- kinda redundancy there. Arenanet was formed by ex-Blizzard devs. heh

This game is catching momentum. Too bad I don't have a PS3, all the hype is driving me nuts.
Graphic-wise it doesn't look so appealing. Gotta have to see how those 10 ruses play out. Has anyone given this a try yet? Is it worth playing?
Indeed, the mastery system makes sense. The grind to level 80 to access the mastery though is considerable.

ahhh darnation, how many times has it been delayed already? I enjoyed the first game so much, allowing you to go back in time to backtrack your actions that could lead you to death.

Mapping each dozens or hundreds of spell/abilities in the console is definitely a challenge from the point of view of a developer. Unless they do something like Crysis, or more like Hitman which has different levels of menus.
But to use those you need to literally auto-pause the game to navigate them, which makes the gaming experience a bit undesirable and slow.
Voice commands? That sounds interesting. Do all consoles have mic ports though?
Studios are faced with coming up with different solutions against hacking and piracy. Hopefully they come up with something other than DRM. It's no good for the players. We both lose.

Postponed is a tricky word because it merely means production of the game will be resumed at a later a undetermined time in the future.

Makes you wonder if this report implies merely expansions to Diablo III, Diablo IV or even if the Next-Gen MMO is Diablo related.
Of all three franchises, Diablo is more fit for Next-Generation Consoles than Warcraft/Starcraft RTS games. It could be StarCraft: Ghost FPS too.
StarCraft: Ghost would be cool as a Half-Life 2 competitor with tanks, vultures and other vehicles.
