Wow man, tough luck. Probably any other FF is better than XIII. At least you should go back and try XII on PC (good emulators these days)
@Death for the sake of being "that guy" and debate a little, I would like to point a trend in those dates you mention: the time gap between the original and the slim fit version keeps decreasing. Applying some basic interpolation one could argue the ps4 slim (which, for the first time that name would be a misfit) could appear in 2016,with an E315 unveiling.
The getting old doesn't compute for me. I think that as we get older we want more refined experiences that games don't deliver much these days. There is this belief that open world = greatness which is wrong and then you find devs that place cumbersome challenges Midgame. Thing is, people have time for games... They just don't have time to try that puzzle 30 times. The games I didn't finish were because of this: shadow of morder was repetitive after the first hour, lords...
i just feel weird playing FPS. not being able to see where my supposed body is doing is strange. I think that the main difference there is that even though we don't really see our bodies in real life our senses give us this positional awareness. In FPS you only get one part, the eyes part and not anything else so you have to adjust more, even if subconsciously. I think they get in the way of immersion because its always there in your face: "you're pretending you're inside the...
tsch.
You should not be that simpleton.
awwww i wanna know thiss so bad but don't want spoilers...gonna bookmark this.
it would have to be substantially different from the first to make me buy it
In days like this i miss Jim Sterling and his funny pieces
lol. you guys wanna throw bad products at each other? between the two, i have a champion. Ever heard of Windows Me ?
Damn. I actually thought this was a "proper" new entry .... when will they announce the successor for rivals?
Uncharted, Bloodbourne, The Division, Persona V and Kingdom Hearts III . My 2015 is set.
@theshonen8899
Well, the story thing is just one part of it all.
What the OP said is actually true. The game doesn't tell you nothing and what you say proves that. Not saying nothing is very different from hand holding.
I feel DaSo 1/2 are unoriginal, don't improve much over DeSo, which is bad.
Lords of the fallen has its troubles but it actually adds something: now not only we die a lot, but we can manage it and use to a better advan...
Uruks to be more accurate. but yes.this game is a menagerie of blandness.
Game was fun for a short while. button mashing isnt my thing and i love challenging games. this is pretty, loved the color pallete, but no where near Lords of the fallen even for goty material.
For a more recent addition (somehow i think the author confuses old with iconic) i think the MEAT CLEAVER should be added.
Bad as the ass of a moth*****r
lemme come late and deliver the last punchline to end this battle:
1st: get it in and over your heads: the xbox in all honestly will not surpass the ps4 ANYWHERE; They certainly cannot compete WORLDWIDE.
2nd: The dudes throwing the US/UK thing..just give up. SONY allowed MS to win the month because SONY can afford being pricier a month or two. They have a zone that they are comfortable with keeping MS in; If MS ever strays away from that zone, they will also ...
"The music, the battle system, the characters, that trailer just brings back such good memories."
Somebody been smoking something....
I for one didn't find funny all that grind for the ingots. Most bore-some grind ever.
BTW, if FFX sold good, weren't they going to remake FFXII ? whatever happened to that?
I like when people do what you just did :)
try to counteract an argument succeeding only in proving it right! lol :)
These are the times i wish i could agree 10x.
This is just SE being SE. If these spin offs were considered just that, spin-offs, we would be fine. BUT NOOOOOO!!!! someone had to go and say "you know what, lets make these non numbered spin offs canon" !! who would do that?
10-ish games and we are now only on official number 3...if only :(
well, the most flexible system i played and loved was FFXII's gambit. that game is a hit/miss but i loved how i didnt force me to button mash / micromanage every fight and still control the battle.
I would like to see them back in some capacity and better implemented that those tactics settings in DA
