selfish cutthroat company they were during the 16bit era when they were battling with Sega. All nintendo did was focus on a way to reach another market rather than the average gamer. They are making money now but they still do things there own way.

I'm gonna rebuy cod4 for the ps3, they have dedicated servers the thing that's pissing me off with 360 version is if the host drops the whole game drops. at least on the ps3 version if the host quits host privliges go to the next person.

you do realize that the video game press has already played this game right? also everything else looks good to me, though I'd probably have taken halo 3 off for COD 4, but hey that's just me. Next years list will look a little something like this IMO:

have never used xbox live to ask such a question. ingame XMB just like xbox live is about comfort or customization. You must have never grew up in the n64/playstation/dreamcast era where gamers would mute the tv and play their own music. The ability to make your custom soundtrack over your favorite game is something gamers have done since the Nes/genesis era, now with new technology the ability to play your game and your music from 1 device is a God send. Also cross game chat is the best....

Both games look stunning I think this comes from the fact that infinity ward had two seperate dev teams working on the ps3 and 360 version. I think more devs should do this it gives gamers what we really want which is quality. Good gaming to all!!!!
you guys do realize that Corey Barlog the guy who helped Jaffe make this great series is leaving Sony as well. So neither Jaffe nor Barlog will be on the 3rd installment of this game and like my man Coke-a-Cola said remember the prince of persia series when their guys left.

I'm not one to agree or disagree with B/C on the ps3. At this point and time it's not about hardware sales. Software drives hardware, hence the ps2 still out selling the ps3. Bottom line is Sony can continue to revise and revise the ps3 sku all they want if they don't have software the d*** thing won't sell. From a business perspective this is a good move for Sony. Not that they have lost anything; but to make sure they never lose anything, namely 3rd party support.

360 gamers should not expect to get mgs4, just like sony gamers should not expect mass effect. You buy consoles for the games you like.
