LOL @nycredude; you don't HAVE to do anything; paying for xbl is an option nothing more nothing less. When I paid for xbl I paid because I wanted to, when I felt like PSN satisfied my needs I stopped paying for xbl and the ps3 became my primary console. I'm no longer a gold sub, but for anyone who has used both services extensively, once you forgo any complaints about xbl's price you can't deny it's a better service than psn at the moment. no one should be surprised. modern warfare is tied to the 360 at the hip in the states it would seem, and the holiday deals for the 360 were very good imo. Also the ps3 sold very well and MW2 did very well on that platform considering the install base in NA. What does this mean? It means the same thing it has meant for the past 2 years. No console is going to die this gen, and any foolboy who believes such is just that a fool boy.

I smell some marketing B.S as well. Pic's don't mean much when the competition already has everything Nvidia say's they are gonna have. By the time the 300 series launches AMD/ATI will be launching their leo platform and quite possibly the scorpius platform before Nvidia even blinks.

What does it matter to us ps3 gamers what 360 gamers call their games? Does a 360 gamer calling left 4 dead 2 a MSFT exclusive ruin your experience on your ps3? Does it somehow hinder your game experience when they call mass effect a MSFT exclusive?
I don't see why some ps3 gamers get all bent out of shape about this. And please don't give me any hoopla about how wrong 360 ...
I never said They SHOULD be called exclusive, but my point still stands That's not the point I was trying to make at all. The point I was trying to make was "what does it matter to you or any other ps3 gamer out there what 360 gamers call their games?" At the end of the day it doesn't ruin your gaming experience.
Exclusive or not we all have access to the same games the only obstacle being platform preference and money.
We all know that ME2, Conviction, and L4D2 will all be on the pc, but we also know that 80% of the ps3 gamers who use that argument don't game on the pc so please stop using it. You may think it's hurting 360 loyalist but its really in fact hurting ps3 gamers who also have gaming pc's like me!
Sure Sony doesn't care about stuff like this but if we have learned anything from past E3's and use of the word definitive is that MSFT is taking this so called console 'war' serious.

I've read every comment here and what's really funny is the ps3 faithful are blaming the xbox 360 for multiple disc when the pc version requires 2 disc as well. yes you install the game to the HDD but it's still 2 disc. I truly hope some of you guys don't believe that without MSFT and the 360 the pc platform would have adopted the mighty bluray as well. the community is not that strong, the gameplay is mediocre at best. and for s series that focuses on teamwork the lack of mic support was a huge ding on the game. But I like most others dealt with it the few times I did play because it was free. haven't touched the game in a few weeks and doubt I'll go back now.
and that would be what matters to Greenburg and other MS personal just like God of War 3 sales would matter to Ole Jackey Boy (Jack Tretton) and Sony personal.
I'll personally enjoy GOW3, been done with halo since halo 2 but I think we all know the spartans will outsell kratos but not outperform him.
