A fully completed game that doesn't require massive patches!
Should be pretty easy to make the xbox one better looking, it's not bad, it's just a solid meh. The PS4 is small but equally as meh to me. But I never liked the designs of last gen, until their first refresh. The 360 improved a good amount, and the PS3 slim was a HUGE improvement over the initial design. End of the day I don't really stare at my consoles, if they work and don't break I'm happy.
Growing pains I think. Eventually we will tell stories of yore when we used to put circles in drives that made noises to play games. I'm an optimist, I believe we will sort these minor issues out in the next ten years.
I would be in your camp as well, 1-4 games tops any given moment. I think not having the option to install or not to install compared to the past is the main driver of frustration here. Coupled with an unfriendly storage management system(so far). At least this can all easily be fixed in the future.
Hopefully plugging in an external HDD will be a solution in the future. Not a branded or overpriced version either. One thing that bugged me a lot last gen was the storage solution, granted it got better near the end, but still not the most consumer friendly.
It looks unwieldy but once you use it, and get used to it, it's actually pretty sweet.
And it is nice. I just worry they will drop it before they make it GREAT! I would love it if they made it a standard controller going forward with future systems.
I love the controller and I think it has untapped potential but, it seems like a 1.0 in the strongest sense. It could use: better touch sensors, a better screen, and most definitely a better battery for starters. Right now it's not too bad, it will look archaic in a few years though.
I guess in the waaaaaaaaaaay off chance to get BW compatibility, which I would think concerning either the PS4/Xbone would be eagerly welcomed. But ya, if it were that "easy" I'd imagine they would have formally let people know.

All I know is the Wii U goes great with either the PS4/Xbone. Does pretty damn good on its own too.

All I know is I'm keep my eye on it. Steam has CRAZY good deals on games, hard to find old games, and most new ones too. I'm wondering what the sales expectation is though, as in would selling 5 mil be a failure? Or would they keep at it? This is exactly what the PS4/Xbone need though, more competition.
Wasn't it Burger King for the 360? Had those creepy/cool(ish) games too.
I think I read somewhere that they expect it to sell at Nintendo GC levels. Which is probably most likely at this rate. That was another console that was great, but just didn't move massive amount of units. I know I would be sad to see them go. I voted with my wallet, and I like the WiiU way more than the OG Wii.
The Wii U is fun, and Nintendo has made, and will make great games for it. Hopefully for everyone it's around next Christmas. A two dog race doesn't sound as fun to me.
That game is awesome for totally different reasons. Jedi Academy and Force Unleashed are action games with totally different but similar mechanics. KOTOR is more of a turn based RPG. But ya, for the record KOTOR is easily top ten games EVER.
