Sometimes all you can do is laugh at the cold hard truth. What other options do you have haha.
I guess if you like constant judder. Basically there is no good way to play. They should release it on PC. You either get Faux K at almost 30 fps.. Or variable frames on a platform without refresh sync.
Game does look amazing though, can't wait to play it.
Wish I could get anyone to play the Division with me haha.. Nobody wants to give it a second chance. It was quite awful at launch. Destiny still destroys it as far as gameplay though.
Ouch, that isn't good at all. Better release it on PC where it can make some real money.
Is it finally coming out!!! Been one of my most anticipated games for a long time now
Yeah right.. Those jaggies will cut your eyes out.
dead, no. It isn't dead. Next article.
Sony really needs to drop the "Pro" from the name.
I am backing it up with experience. PSVR games do not hold a consistent frame rate. Sure some of the games hit their target frame rate. Some of them with very simple graphics might even maintain it. But overall it is bad. And 60fps for VR is not good enough. My suggestion to you, is to try a good VR setsup so you can know what it feels like.
That's the spirit.. as long as you never had good, bad always seems good.
I didn't used to care about it because I am not really one to replay old games, but now that I have game pass I find that it is pretty awesome to play some older games I never bought in the previous generations.
I didn't really like it that much. Much preferred Limbo
Someone missed the Sunset Overdrive memo.
Shame we have to play it on such weak hardware but oh well. Better than nothing.
Thank the gaming gods..
The games run at very uneven frame rates and never really hit 90fps which is very important with VR. The tracking latency is also too slow not to mention inaccurate. Compared to Oculus Rift and Vive it is bad but even compared to the mixed reality devices from Samsung and Dell it falls far short of the experiences on PC.
PSVR is about the worst VR experience out there. They are probably single handily killing off VR by offering such a terrible product and performance. A lot of people will use a PSVR and think all VR is that low rate. It isn't.
I think they do a better job of putting someone inside of a story but not a better job of telling a story. Which is fine, games aren't meant to tell a tight story but instead a good narrative inside of a good gaming experience.
Seems like a lot. But the Steam and PS version are still going for 59.99
I have a PS4 so I will play it whenever I want.. Just a shame I will have to play it at 30fps though.
