Damn... that is a lot of loot. They really need to change the rewards though. Finding treasure is fun but the actual things you can buy with it are so disappointing since they don't change gameplay at all.
Yeah, it gets so loud. PS4 is noisy to begin with but in this game it is ridiculous. I hope it doesn't blow haha
It's not really on Steam to promote your game initially. Developers have plenty of ways to promote their games and get attention. If the game is good and you do enough self promotion user reviews will move it up the lists on steam so it gets noticed.
Especially the big ones like Perfect Dark and Banjo Kazooie. Just don't let Rare work on them lol
Definitely agree on less cinematics and more gameplay. It already does a great job of offering tons of gameplay but I have to be honest, that is why I am there. I don't really care about the story very much. Let me raid tombs, discover things and fight bad guys.
I mean Bloodborne is tied for my favorite game of this gen... It is awesome on PC right?
That fight really is a bit of a joke. It made me change the difficulty right away from balanced to challenge.. It took forever and the guy never even hit me. It was sadly boring. I didn't really think about how it fit with the other enemies but so far none of them are really hard. This is no Bloodborne that is for sure. Plus I had to laugh when the prompts come up on the screen telling you how to block something after you have already blocked it. I guess they catered to the casuals with t...
Lol, what does carrying something have to do with anything. Consoles are actually cheaper than phones so it would make even more sense to upgrade more often.
Recore was just not a good game. As for Sunset Overdrive, definitely agree. Still one of the best games of this generation.
Probably time for Major Nelson to leave as well. Seems like a good guy and he does a fine job but changing things up every once in a while is probably best if you want to keep things interesting and fresh. Actually not leave, that is bad wording but maybe promote him to a position where he isn't so public.
I love playing actual tennis but not a fan of watching it or playing it in video games. Although it is the one game type I do enjoy motion controls with. But with a controller, no thanks.
I haven't noticed any text size issues.
Why would they care. New phones release every year. People love it. Having new tech is a great thing as long as there is proper support to allow content to work across the spectrum. Both Playstation and Xbox use standard x86 architecture now so there is no excuse for this not to work.
It looks like Destiny. Which to me is a good thing. Can't wait for May 8th
He did point out it is more of a cutscene simulator in the article and not for speed runs. His actual gameplay time was probably very short.
My favorite of the series, afraid to revisit it though since it might ruin my memories haha
When he did the speed run the game had only been out 4 or 5 days. But yeah, I am sure he had beaten it a few times by then.
Shame they couldn't make the story bosses the best part : P
It's not really about social commentary but more dissecting if the character development makes sense in the overall story arch. When it comes to games I don't personally care much about story so I don't care but the author does make some good points about how it doesn't quite mesh.
That is probably the tough part of rebooting something though, sometimes you have to just throw away the past a bit even if it doesn't follow the narrative.
Honestly I would fire everyone in the PR team. Most of their stuff just makes people cringe. And those silly infocomercial things they are always doing seem so pointless. If they want to promote something work with a media outlet like IGN, The Verge or whatever.
