For the FPS counter, I feel that developers should enable this in their Windows Store games. It is one simple setting. Takes maybe 5 seconds to code a toggle for "DebugSettings.EnableFram eRateCounter". As for VSync, same thing. It can be controlled via application. If the developer wanted to allow that option, it would not be difficult. SLI is the same thing. It isn't that it isn't possible it just needs to be programmed for. Windows Store is sandboxed to keep the applicati...
Seems like an easy problem to fix. Just have it as part of the matchmaking criteria.
Streaming from Steam would actually be really useful. hope it is that!
Bloodborne is the only must have on that list. But it is a must-have in my opinion.
If you want to play it buy it. You get both the X1 version and the PC version, so try both and see where it runs best for you
1. Ori and the Blind Forest
2. Sunset Overdrive
3. Rise of the Tombraider
4. Witcher 3
5. Fallout 4
I imagine PC is lead and from there they just keep removing features and resolution until it works on X1. It is easy to downgrade but it is hard to upgrade when it comes to effects, textures etc.
Interesting, I think Windows 7 is at 36% after 6 years. So it looks like Windows 10 is definitely the most popular OS since in 1 year it has almost caught up with a 6 year old OS.
Portal is owned by Valve they control the handshake. So yeah, kind of like that. Although Portal 2 wasn't true cross buy just a promotion.
It is a dx12 game so regardless you need win10. Also win10 is extremely popular on Steam so not sure where your comment even comes from.
Isn't win10 now the top OS on Steam?
Makes sense since it is a cross buy. Not sure how else they could do it. They need to control that handshake process.
Xbox games have been on steam for quite some time. Ryse, DR3, Ori, Spartan Assault, Max etc.
True, if exclusives mattered Xbox would be dominating the PS4 right now. Especially the past holiday.
Even though I mostly game on PC these days, I still think the x1 is a great value. Building a good gaming PC isn't exactly cheap. To have a PC that runs games well you will be investing a lot of money. And to make that experience comfortable even more. I think the best way to look at the X1 is that it is a very reasonably priced gaming PC that will be almost impossible to match for value.
Linux is nice. Not as good for gaming but it is still fun to tinker with.
It's a shame. My PC destroys my PS4 in performance. Much rather player ND games in the best way possible.
This is great news. Definitely getting this on PC. I hope this trend continues. Keep releasing console games but give us the OMG version on PC.
Chill.. I was just teasing. Hence the tease emotion. I love my consoles. Just not as much as my PC.
Not bad games but disappointing games. Halo 5 and Second Son both fall in this category for me.
