Are we seriously complaining so much about a 7?
I've seen other sites give it a 5 / 10. A 7 is by no means a "bad" score.
If you're a fan of Halo, what do you care if every site gives it a 2 / 10. You're gonna buy it and play it anyway, right?
So again a 7 is a good score because there are obviously flaws that the fans will deny, as with EVERY game. So what do you care.
It needs a dedicated jump/climb button.
You just end up clinging on to walls you don't intend to climb all because they made it the same as the run button. More so in AC3.
Most PlayStation fans won't just suddenly care about Halo if they never have before.
I don't remember anyone asking if Xbox fans were going to jump ship when they didn't have any exclusive while PS3 kept getting them.

Sure there are influences from SSB, just like there are some minor influences from other games http://www.ign.com/wikis/pl... as well as elements from first-party PlayStation games that shape the game both mechanically and thematically. But if you tried playing Battle Royale the same way as SSB you'd get nowhere.

Besides, console-type games have been around on handhelds since the first GameBoy. These are possible thanks to the controls.
If you want games that can't be replicated on consoles, play touch-only phone or tablet games.

Last I checked, you only killed mercenaries and pirates trying to kill you in Uncharted. Not a bunch of innocent people like in GTA.
Apparently, everyone that's played it or said they've played it, give a score between 7 and 8. And everyone that hasn't played it yet says they're all wrong and trust the reviews.

I know it does when you start up the game, but otherwise there are zero load times once you start playing.
I agree that it's a good thing, but only if you're looking for a new Burnout game.
However, if you're looking for a successor to the original Most Wanted, with the ability to fully customize your cars and race, this isn't the game. It has too much focus on high jumps and crashing for an NFS game.
