* The PS Vita is a gaming device.
* The GamePad is a dedicated extension of the Wii U.
* The PS Vita plays its own games, apps and media independent of the PS3, anywhere. Cross-Controller is just a bonus feature out of many, NOT its only use.
They're different. They have different purposes, so why compare?

I doubt it. If he had played Sleeping Dogs he wouldn't have gotten the name wrong and would know that it is obviously not a 2013 game.

On topic, I think PS All Stars is one of the most fun games I've played this year.
Again, stylized characters, unique weapons, witty humour... these are traits Insomniac has also been known for.
And they've been around longer than Borderlands.
