While having options is nice, you're still bound by a laptop CPU and hard drive. Plus the usage scenario for such a device is remote.
When it comes to laptops, people tend to buy exactly what they want and live with the consequences.
I wonder if their crossplay hype is just that. If they're really serious about this then this feature should extend to 3rd party games as well. That would really push the Xbox One to the next level.
Sherlock Holmes: Crimes and Punishments is actually a really good game. I know it's not a sexy title and the subject matter isn't what the kids are into but it's an excellent mystery game.

To best way to not leave hundreds of gaming dollars on the table is to not spend them in the first place. There are gamers who amass a massive library of disks at cost many times their console. That IMHO is a massive waste. I see no reason to pay full retail for my games when I can Gamefly them so easily and buying only the absolutely must have titles.
See Destiny. No plot. No sense. No content. But don't worry kids, there will be plenty of of $30 DLCs to pay for.
The most impressive thing about this isn't the graphics but rather the silky smooth 60 FPS performance. It's how the game is meant to be played in a crispy responsive manner that you can't experience on the PS3. I'm buying this for the 60 FPS alone.
Sadly this highlight one of the biggest issue of this generation of consoles. They're only good for playing the last gen games while the current gen games runs at a trashy @ 30 or below FPS.

This is actually a huge difference. When I hear adventure games I think about old Sierra games like Space Quest, Hero Quest, and modern games like Heavy Rain and Walking Dead.
Uncharted is definitely an action adventure game like Tomb Raider and Indian Jones Emperor Tombs. Basically what you're saying is that TPS and FPS are the same because there is no difference in perspective.
