Hell no. I preordered this game which I think was a mistake going from previous experience. The Fallout series simply doesn't reward the plaery who preordered because the games are usually filled with bugs and performance issues. Instead this franchise is best enjoyed one after release.
Definately a GOTY, Fallout 4 may get the hype but the series isn't know for it's quality questing.
The Soul series are RPGs right?
This controller is a huge hit since PC gamers want it too.
This game is probably filled to brim with bugs and issues that trailing all the way back to Fallout 3. Otherwise the devs wouldn't be so upset about leaks
This game delivers. It's amazingly addicting.
These guys are what Bioware used to be.
Original Sin Enhanced Edition totally crushes Wasteland 2 Director's Cut. Where as Wasteland 2 was an engine change, Original Sin featured massive gameplay improvements. I think the elimination of save scumming is the Enhanced Edition biggest achievement.
Recommending the premade party is absolutely folly in a game that heavily dependent on your party having the right skills and stats.
Speaks volumes about this review really and the 3/5 score is way off base. This is one of the best RPG out there for the console with plot and consequences that is superior to any of the modern Fallout or even the Witcher 3.
The only downside is that game is highly dependent on RNG skill checks that can drastically alter your g...
If I have any choice in the matter I would get TR first.
Fallout 4 is a Bethesda game. All Bethesda games are best enjoyed 1 month after release. Be prepared for shitty performance, quest bugs, gameplay balance issues and corrupted saves on week 1.
Since I don't have a Xbox One I have no choice but to preorder Fallout 4 and will join everyone in the great internet nerd rage of 2015.
I wonder if this is nothing more than PR empty promises. Gears of War is out for the Xbox One while the PC version is no where in sight and without a release date. Cross play sounds good on paper but without a multiplat release date then it's pointless.
Unity was immediately impressive with it's massive crowds. While I don't have the game, I'm not seeing anything about Syndicate that jump out and grab me.
I don't recall the specifics but that is pretty much it. The first level which was in the press preview was open world or gave the impression of an open world when the entire game was anything but.
And now that you mentioned it the 1080p 60 FPS multiplayer was hyped as well but it turned out to be "temporal reprojection".
I remember when they said Killzone: Shadow Fall will feature dynamic story telling and an "open world".
Time of the 1400-1500 Eastern Europe in a fantasy setting.
I think it's great how Witcher 3 has period armor and weapons instead of the over the top D&D or typical Gothic armor of every other fantasy game out there. It really set itself apart from the other games in the genre. For example a lot of people hate the "fat" gambeson armor but that's what people wear at that the time.
"Industry leading chips" meaning 30 FPS with a console that can barely do 1080p.
60 FPS is a game changer. It's the frame rate that makes you feel like you gaming on powerful system. Switching to 30 FPS games just feels so last gen after spending hours at 60 FPS.
That giant cube case is a highly questionable choice. There are better options out there. Also does anyone really need 3X SLI or even SLI for that matter? This entire system can be reduced to $700-800 and it'll still run Battlefront @ 60 FPS all day.
What are you talking about. It's not like PC graphics cards can't do it. It's that no Master Race card holding PC gamers will allow that happen. I'm pretty sure that PC gamers will burn down Nvidia's HQ if they find out that their precious 970 GTX is up scaling a 900p image to 1080p.
