Fallout 4 is not an impressive game period. The world is too compressed to have an actual open world exploration experience. Instead of exploring a ruined world I feel like I'm walking through a post apocalypse theme park as set pieces are stacked right next to each other. The sense of scale in comparison to the Witcher 3 is sadly pathetic. Towns don't feel like towns and cities don't feel like cities.

I have this game on the PC and was gifted the game for the PS4 and there's truth to this. Even though the PC version looks amazing and runs at a silky smooth 60 FPS without any issue, the game just plays better on a gamepad.
Hines just doesn't get it. This kind of nit picking from fans is normal, either you can deal with it or you can't. If you can't, then simply shut up and don't response.

Witcher 3 is still at best at many things. Best questing, best story telling and best world building because it isn't held back by a shitty engine. For example Fallout 4 has nothing like Witcher 3's Novigrad. Diamond City, the jewel of the waste, is nothing more than small hovel compared to the Witcher 3's huge city.
In a year full of gaming masterpieces the Witcher 3 still stands tall.
Hmmm. I haven't played it yet but I'm expecting a Witcher 3 style expansion. I spent 30-50 hours in that alone. Is this not the case? 10-15 hours is freaking short.

Yup. Crytek said the same thing about the OR and stated the FPS demands as the number 1 reason why they won't be porting their games to VR. Most PC gaming systems simply can not run their shooters at 90 FPS and they're afraid of getting sued by sick gamers.
