This game is completely broken. There are so many broken stats, talents and abilities that Massive should be banned for enabling exploits. Everyone in the game is glitching, everyone. Even players who consider themselves as "legit" are actually exploiting broken talents and abilities. For example chest pieces with the Reckless talent is hugely popular right now because instead of giving you 10% extra damage taken from bad guys for a 13% DPS boost, it actually gives 10% less damage ...
I read somewhere that the game lost 60% of it's player base since launch. The game is dying fast.
This is game is just all around broken in so many aspects that I don't think Ubisoft will be able to turn it around for at least 3 months. It's not just glitches that abuse the incursion and hacks. The entire game's core gameplay and talents are completely broken. The balanced talent for marksman rifles is completely broken making the M1A with this ability a god gun rendering assault rifles useless. The One and None and the Triage skill mods are so OP that you gotta be dumbass not...
The most important tip is to not a build a character to tank everything. Armor and mitigation in this game doesn't do jack. The only defense worth a damn is evasion.
This game doesn't need any new content. What it needs a competent developer who can fix this broken turd. There are so many broken talents and abilities that everyone in the game are basically running the exact weapon and skill setups. There's no point in healing, there's no point in tanking, there's no point in doing anything but max DPS or pump your electronics...which is also DPS.
Everything in 4K looks good. This game looks like crap in 4K said no one ever.

Right now I would say yes. But a lot can change between now and that time. For example we still don't know what MS plans are. I would buy the most powerful console available.

A lot of fanboys LOVE the Gold headset. They review very well. But in truth they're just the baseline headset with garbage sound quality no matter what profile you're in. They're also responsible for most of the PSN lousy open mic chat where you hear people's GF or mom talking to them and background music since they pick up any sound inside the room.
Time for a M1A nerf then because you're probably using the Balanced talent which is broken as hell just like half of the abilities and talents in The Division. This entire game needs to be torn down and rebuild. There are so many broken abilities and talents that even the so called "legit" gamers are actually exploiting.

The incursion issues isn't the only thing that needs to be fixed. That 1 million DPS glitch is just embarrassing and the ladder and mobile cover exploit is still applicable to any existing and future content. Until these two major issues are handled they're basically just sticking their fingers into the dam.
The PS5 is probably a huge risk. Look at how Sony and MS flipped their fortunes with this generation. The best thing to do is probably what they're doing now. Upgrading the current gen and extending the life cycle of the platform.
