Its amusing you still dont consider the switch a real gaming platform. Maybe you are jealous you dont have one? Like it or not, it is a real platform where people play real video games.
I have now owned a xbox one two different times and sold it two different times. It's purely a matter of taste and preference. It is my opinion, which I am sure everyone is just dying to hear, that xbox exclusives have gone waaaay downhill since the early part of the generation. I mean... the second time I bought an xbox was to play Halo Wars 2. I was hopeful for crackdown... so after thinking about it for at least 30 seconds, I couldnt find a single reason to turn on an xbox right now
I do y know the exchange rate but the writer wrote that it was 500 COD points, and the screenshot shows it as 50 COD points. Still silly but it is a difference.
Again, everything you are saying is literally a goal of a business. To try and find more ways for you to part with your money. Sure it's probably unnecessary for some companies to do as many as they do, but if it works why would they stop. Would you stop if you saw all that money rolling in? You say you wouldn't standing where you are now, but I would bet my house, my kids, and my dog that you wouldn't be saying a damn thing were you in their position. It's Business, they teac...
So...you are telling me that a business (that is in business to make money) is trying to make as much money as they can? In capitalist America? What an odd concept. Would never have thought someone could be so brazen as that.
You threw in two fancy(ish) words in at the end to make yourself sound better. Well done!
Bounties keep my money slim for sure. Saw a passing train and thought it would be a good idea. Made it about 3 cars in before the law came. Nice $400 bounty by the end of it all. Would have been worth it if I were able to loot the whole train
I can definitely see your sentiment on this. At the same time, I think you may be missing the point of those types of things in this game. The goal seems to be to make you slow down and appreciate what is going on around you in the game. Now that inevitably means that the pace of the game is not what people are used to anymore. Some call it old game design, I call it a re-imagining of old game building. Everything moves so fast these days. You blow through a game just to move on to the next a...
You are like my 4 year old child. I tried to give him a piece of candy last night and he said he didnt like it. He had never even seen that type of candy before. Try something before you can say you dont like it. Ugh, this is literally the same conversation as my 4 year old.
For me it's been easy to avoid story spoilers. Usually people just want to know how it ends. We already know that, so it makes the ride getting to that point worth not spoiling
I'm surprised the reviewer gave this a 9. Had I not seen the score beforehand, I would have figured him to give about a 6.5 or 7. He mentions all the mechanics and story lines, and characters, but really just kind of seems meh (nitpicky just to be so?) about all of it, yet gives it a 9. This is an odd review for me, it doesn't feel true to the score that was given.
@ChickenMan34
Wow, you have clearly not played this game. Wall Jumping? And as far as the BR being a rip off, everything at one point is a ripoff of something else. Call of Duty itself was a ripoff of Medal of Honor, but no one complained then. And go out there a find me a more cohesive and smooth BR experience. Go ahead, I'll wait.
You would give a final game a score....based on a beta? Are you sure you know what a beta is?
The zombies mode alone is more than worth the price of entry. Typically these games release with one , maybe two maps of varying quality, this one has 3. I played all 3 last night, and the sheer amount of customization I put into my 3rd playthrough was crazy.
@Veneno
I must ask if you played it? Because anonymity of the internet makes me wary that you didnt, and you put words together to make them sound good.
Personally I have always been fairly adept at first person shooters, so to have that in a BR makes me happy enough, and it feels like call of duty with some skill (somewhat) required. And I dont have to worry about building crap all the time. That said I did run a match where I saw no one until there were...
Likely xbox and pc if anything at all.
Maybe if you don't have a job...took me a month just to beat God of War.
How...can a game capture your interest if you haven't tried it? After 2 hours I almost put down zelda altogether until I went back and just took off in a direction and went for it. Then it all made sense and I wouldn't have found that interest if I never tried
I get the microtransaction concern. However, given the time I've put in with games that have them, with no need or desire to ever do the microtransactions I don't see why its as big of a deal as it has become. After seeing them the first time because they show you where to buy stuff, I've never noticed them after that.
Nah they got it right. On 420 I'll be too high to remember to buy it.
