You think people are ready to upgrade with a 1080 ti? Ha! My laptop has a 1060 in it and every game I have played so far has been well above 60 fps. I think Apex has been the toughest on my hardware so far and I run a pretty consistent 78 fps. Granted, I have less time for my card to run 60+ fps on games than others but this new card seems like a bit of overkill for now.

Microtransactions aside, the collective of n4g might be missing the audience for this game, which is kids. With it's simple controls, especially on a phone, my 8 and 4 year old are having a blast with it. The sizes of hard drives also has a lot of developers spending less time on compression, you will see some games take quite a while to "install" after downloading while some take no time at all, regardless of size. Take your pick though, more compression usually means longer load times while less compression means a bigger chunk of your hard drive space gone.
