SE already commented on the desire to keep the number of discs as low as possible.
as for MS, they should waive that royalty for every game with more than one disc, but that's a pipe dream for us consumers and the developers who want more space
"I cant wait to play WKC, God of War 3, The Last Guardian on my ps3 next year"
didn't you say that last year?
is it just me or does that chick have some nice cans?

lol, what the....
i think most people here are lost on his satire, this is obviously a jab at fanboy tactics, don't take it personally
where did this disposition come from? there are probably thousands or millions of FF fans that are 360 owners... that "exclusive stealing" bullsh*t is what immature kids like to throw out there.
its very possible, but you have to remember that the localization process still has to take place for the NA PS3 version. their first priority is to get this game out to the japanese PS3. i have a good feeling we here in NA will get the game by next spring.
single player DLC is a nice addition but after playing so much multiplayer, you want that to be their focus.
now what I really want to happen, MS needs to get rid of the royalty for a second disc and allow devs/publishers to make single player on disc1 and multi on disc2 freeing up valuable disc space.
your argument kinda goes out the window due to the fact that you don't play the computer in multiplayer modes. these modes are the most played aspects of the games you listed, even years after release.
yeah its down to 1200pts now because the gears community was not too keen on the fact that the loyal customers who bought all the packs up to this point kinda get screwed. the retail version will no longer be coming out due to the change
"Final Fantasy 13 will be gimped as a whole because it's a multi-plat"
so your telling us that when FFXIII was announced at E3'08 all the development on the PS3 up to that point was trashed to make way for a multiplat version? does anyone else see the stupidity in this argument?
...hey, here's an equally dumb statement. LostPlanet2 will be gimped as a whole because it's multiplat.
the fanboys know KZ2 currently has the graphics crown, they obviously don't want to see brink surpass it. even though its a muliplat game and they'll be able to play it too
@everyone
...well, now do you see how annoying it is to have to try and go through the discussion with a rabid fanboy preaching that garbage? it goes both ways you know
this thing turning into the PSP-No. why did they develop a new portable? i never really seen the demand for another platform in the first place
"Good god, first lets talk about the site, the fact that you have 15 pages with 2 lines..."
that's as far as i got and you made me lol, bubbles. i didn't even try to go through the rest of that mess. hell, there is more text on the N4G story than the actual article
i always liked MS's take on the 360 being just for games. but now with all the social community features being added and natal im worried their focus will change to the casual market... i guess its good news for gold members with all the additions.
MS has to remember that the gamer is where they made their money and got its foot in the door, not thursday game night with the family.
ToV, great jrpg. but when the hell is the anime due out?
"it is scientifically impossible to do with any less then 3 cameras (although you can fudge it with 2)."
im curious, i thought it did have 2 camera sensors...
hmm found this: http://chat.freeola.com/Gam...
"RGB camera, depth sensor, multi-array microphone, and custom processor running proprietary software"
all speculation ...
"that should tell you something right there on what 360 gamers are wiling to buy.ps3 gamers would not waste their money."
i wouldn't go that far with that statement, two of my buddies have PS3's and own nothing but multiplat games except for heavenly sword. they picked up some real sh*tty games with it, transformers, jericho, ironman.
hell, i even told them what games to pick up like MGS4, uncharted, LBP, and KZ2 but they still have not done so. there are a lo...
"As long the gameplay is solid with no gamebreaking glitches, why does it matter?"
it shouldn't, GB is getting some decent reviews around the net and is probably one of the few movie based games that are worth picking up, even though it might be 25 years late
