I bought Sleeping Dogs Definitive Edition for $6 on sale but haven't played it yet. Keep the remasters coming I'd say.
It's amazing then that I buy most all my games, books, music & movies physical. For things that moved to digital there still is a strong physical presence. Don't get me started on vinyl making a comeback.
Why are people so adament about digital crushing physical? Why does a physical presence bother them? They already have the option to buy digital if they wish.

Well, if you upgrade semi often then I guess you'll be ok. If not then I'm sorry.
HDR is exciting & I will want it one day for movies & games. It needs to "Bake" longer for me though.
I have nothing against early adopters, I used to be one myself but these days I find it worth it to wait.
It's just not the time to upgrade for me. I'm holding on to my 1080p Panny plasma unless something tragic happens to it.
Hopefully, when I am ready to move to 4k they'll have the input lag problem sorted out & maybe OLED is at a better price. My mindset at the moment is to hold off as long as possible. When I finally decide to upgrade I'll have to upgrade my TV, receiver & BD player & I'm happy with all those for quite awhile longer.
Personally, all I would be interested in is the original ME properly remastered.
As for Andromeda... we'll see. I don't expect much from Bioware these days. Maybe it'll surprise me.

I repurchase a Remastered edition of a game I love & I get called a mindless sloth that's screwing over the gaming community.

They're target was 30 fps & they hit it which is a lot better than last gen version.
It's an incredible game which is why they can charge full price for a 5 year old game with all the DLC.
Game looks great & runs well. I don't see much to complain about other than their PR.
Just bargain bin it if you don't feel it's worth it. It's worth it to me
