Honestly, number scores are meaningless when making purchasing decision.
Is that a rhetorical question?
Sony was backing it, released several big games until they saw that it wasn't going to sell well in the US.
They're not going to invest in bigger budget games that won't yield a return. I mean correct me if I'm wrong here.
Physical media isn't going away. People still buy physical all the time.
Now games may switch to a different format like cards instead of blu rays but they will be around.
Just look at all the old cartridges that are still around & still work. There's a reason physical is still strong.
Not as strong as it once was obviously but that goes without saying. I never understood those that want physical to die & digital to rule. That just doesn't make s...
Fake.
I guess this is good news for those that play at a desk.
Sorry Moonman. I guess in thinking you misread me, I misread you :)
Deleted.
I was being cheeky because that's what MS said.
I don't care about Scorpio or it's sales.
I was thinking about getting a projector awhile back to use for gaming, movies, pretty much as my daily driver so to speak. I would love to watch movies on a huge screen. I've never owned on though. Adding in the cost of the screen along with bulb replacement might be a deal breaker. Would I need a short throw projector in a 12X12 room?
Hey, just don't forget...
"This is the year of the Scorpio!"
Can't purchase, beg, borrow or steal a good new SW game.
Good thing you can still buy them physical.
Yes, I said it :)
@wonderfulmonkeyman
The logic is solid but people tend to buy what they want regardless of how much they end up using it.
Maybe they don't even consider the time element. They want, they have the money, they buy. Consumers consume :)
Having a large backlog isn't necessarily bad but it's a reality. There's nothing wrong with more options either but it doesn't mean you can utilize every option enough to be worth your while.
There's not...
You can afford a ton of things that you never buy.
There's more to consider than just the money. There's also a time cost.
What good is owning all systems & having backlogs for each one? There are only so many hours you can play games. It makes a lot of sense to to many to be a one console owner especially in this particular generation.
Also, there isn't a one machine fits everyone utopia that PC gamers seem to think is true.
People are dif...
I'm not interested in a Scorpio... a concept that is apparently impossible for people to consider anymore..
I'm more interested in what the Switch has to offer.
Do these newer DS4s have any new functionality when using them on a PS3?
I don't have one yet so I cannot test.
The demo is out & you can try it for yourself. Do we really need an article to tells us if it's worth playing?
I don't know if they should cancel it but you're right about it not being a Prey game.
From what I have saw, it's only a Prey game by name.
It may end up being a good game but I'm turned off by haphazard name slapping.
No way would I buy this game at release being disappointed in seeing it called Prey already.
