Last time I checked, CVG was a pretty well known and respected site.
I don't know how many times I will have to say it... BETHESDA IS PUBLISHING! They have NOTHING to do with development, Arkane Studios does. It's running on Unreal which, last time I checked, was much more stable than the Creation Engine.
So if it needs to be 20 hrs to justify $60, you think basically half the games on the market are a rip off?

Nope. Not at all. Just because work on a game starts right after its predecessor does NOT mean that its being annualized. And besides, annualization isn't bad when done right. Look at the early Ratchet and Clank games and the Jak series.
