What makes sense to me is that much of what is Silent Hill is due to Keiichiro Toyama and Masahiro Ito. Not Del Toro, Not Kojima. I think the first crew did a great enough job telling that story/world/hell that you two jackoffs were so inspired and decided you needed to tell /re-tell it (and of course take credit for it).

It's a site that really is not focused on games, but more on popular lifestyle trends and boring news on mainstream BS. I'm sure their awards are super meaningful to the three people it took to write it. May as well have The View, or Hellen do a game awards show.
Funny, even during the age of game magazines, I never gave two licks about the "game awards". Play the game enjoy it, move on. You can award you favorite games by just enjoying them. The "awards show" (ran by a bs semi-involved committee) is needless fluff for impressionable fans and aggressive marketing and has turned into more of a self-stroking Hollywood oscars-level doof-fest, something this industry was trying to steer clear of oh so many years ago.
