Pft... really? Maybe they should just give you a new PS5 every month too. They have been doing just fine. You should just save your "suggestions" for Sony rather than a user audience that ain't going to do shi7 for your opinion.
I enjoyed what this game was trying to encapsulate and it did a pretty good job, but the gameplay really got repetitive and boring. The story was mkay. I had more fun with the Objects of Power history than anything else. There was some creative design elements in Control, but many, many game titles take video games into a higher level of art form... this one however is not exactly the best example to join those ranks. Too much recycling going on. Lots of static dead space. Too much influence ...
That's the first good thing he's done. Thank for leaving your greedy stain on the industry Randy.
Hilarious Jordan. Sounds like you are having some type of personal issue. Who said this was “revolutionary” or game changer entry?
It’s a Farcry formula title. We all knew this. UBI were also pretty open about what it would and would not have this round.
Maybe try a different game?
I love seeing my old ship (real-word as the Essex LHD2) pop up in the Battlefield universe.
Figures cheats would be bypassed, but so? this really is not a wide-spread major issue or concern particularly knowing that they will pull out the ban-hammer and do the usual nip and tuck.
Come on. It's the same stuff on sale with a different sale event tag. Hardly any of these are "hidden gems". That's the gimmick, the gems are hidden in the sale composed of meh, I'll pass and mediocre titles.
Yeah, not feeling that encapsulation, like at all.
"Exhausted Man is the sleepy sim that perfectly expresses how we’re all feeling now." She's kinda right, I was sleepy after reading this piece.
"We all" - this is bad a journalistic habit. Please don't join that collective assumption train.
Oh boy here we go with this shi7 again and the geniuses making some lame grandstand statement based on a shi7 article from dso. Way to game, dweeby elitists. If only you made all your life choices this brash lol..
CDPR, Your quests suck. Really nothing that has not been done before with a lazy attempt of understanding cyberpunk as a subculture.
Fixes:
1. Rename the game to "Eurotrash cyber cowboy wannabe 2077 with dildos on the side".
2. And please never do a "Cyberpunk" game again.
Oh yay. A game packed with needless, long winded yawn inducing dialogue. Not really that impressive unless all you care about is numbers and flex (I mean it's easy to fill gameplay time with even more auto tracks and animations if that's really your bag). You don't even really need dialogue to tell a story unless you have to be spoon-fed. This tells me there is plenty of the latter.
Yeah them pop-ups be kick'n in the not so far distance. I love the horrible collision dynamics of npcs, reminds me of stuck luggage on a conveyor belt. And it's not just that. It's like they keep trying to polish the turd thinking that the issues were all superficial.
Worst to meh may be a better descriptor. Every parody (Conker) or substantial knock off (like Dues Ex) did it better. Time to revisit Newgrounds.
Okay HK. Whatever, dork. XD. He has become the king of generalization.
To the point : "We are going to be playing Skyrim forever. Or, at least, I will be."
Yeah it will just be you, you could have just cut to the chase and not have been so dramatic and drawn out about it. Perhaps Windhelm theater is more your speed? ;P
Lol in defense? We got Greek mythos mixed with the Nords. I mean at this point Who cares what he looks like? One of the antagonists might as well be a bag of Dorritos. Next stop, Kratos vs. ancient Mesoamerica or hell, ancient Mars!
Apparently the height of video game characters is concern enough for your to write about it. Insecure much?
Aw boo hoo. Let the arrested development loose! Send fourth the whiney and entitled!
Oh geez, Every gen since ps1and the original xbox we've had to listen to this delusional claim.
Yo, for reals, your console is nice and all but it only does it all, if your focus is keeping yourself entertained.
MS did not turn it into more “than just a console” because they legally made ‘just a console’.
I wish these "writers" would use "I" were appropriate. There is something fundamentally dense about grouping "we" (unknowns) into your grandstanding discussion about your wants and needs. I mean, even on your own site, it's just you and your article. No one is having this discussion with you or had it prior to you writing it. Full on crazy street preacher tactics. Just say "I want these games to come out" .....,but I get it "We" sounds lik...
Kotaku is the last voice of over-inflated game-journo egos you should listen to.
