Games these days (aside from DA and Mass Effect) in regards to homosexuality tend to use the most over-exaggerated homosexual characters there are. Rather than just being gay, they are always the flamboyant over-the-top, in-your-face-type. It really doesn't bother me as I tend to laugh at these ridiculous characters but I wonder why even have them in there at all? Why go there?
I'm not for or against homosexuality, its just a trend I've noticed in games.
Its fun...but cleaning up all that chainsawed guts and blood is ridiculous!
Amazon has this game for 35 bucks today...Should I just skip it at this point or pick it up?
I'm surprised that they are going down the overpriced Activision DLC road...
I don't mind the Resident Evil movie series...Yea it sucks that they aren't like the game but I'm sure they could be much worse. It is ridiculous that these people who take over these properties don't even take the time to read, play or acknowledge the story within the game that carried the series to where it is though.
This is also the guy who did Mortal Kombat so hes let people down before...but not as bad as the worst film maker of all time who turns games ...
A thinking-mans game that requires a bit of psychology to analyze who the real criminal is...
The nervous ones I can read like a book.
I actually think it sounds like a great idea having a studio focus on just one portion of the game while another focuses on something else. This way we don't end up shortchanged because someone couldn't meet a deadline or they worked too much on another game mode instead of multiplayer.
The success of the series comes in the form of multiplayer. So essentially multiplayer is its own game in itself. Hopefully they chose the right studio for each section of development....
Mr. Freeze and Penguin will be interesting to see....
Danny Devito and Arnold Schwarzenegger flashbacks....
Cannot wait to see this one in action.
Man...that is an early deal!
I'm surprised to see incentives this early before release. It won't be long before we see some of the big guys pop in their own deals like this.
Since a ton of details about the game are already out...they ought to just capitalize on the leak and release some clips or at the very least some screen shots. I mean the game was confirmed out of nowhere and then just unleashed waves of speculation....What are they waiting for? More incorrect rumors that force out actual details about the game?
Not the first game sequel to get canned or the last.
Game Dev's...keep the betas coming!
I just may pick this up...but the demo was terrible. I don't even want to see that map again...
The idea of an open world means nothing if you can't go in and out of stores, apartments, buildings, etc. Hopefully they'll expand the city well enough wherever that may be. There is still so much they could add that they haven't yet...
Also- the guns/shooting should hopefully be improved...There is just no reason to have such weak guns.
Its not for everyone.
I think I'm more interested in seeing if Battlefield moves up its date to be head to head with COD...
As for the November release date for MW3- its Nov 8th so I don't see how Skyrim or any other games after the 2nd week of November would be affected.
Remember...there is still a holiday season which is their biggest selling season. They want these games out sooner than later.
New Vegas just doesn't have that same feeling, polish and quality that Fallout 3 had...I think it promised more than it delivered. Its still a great game but is certainly not better than FO3. Todd Howard needs to have the series back in his hands IMO.
Sadly, I've heard this DLC is short but does offer new weapons and a chance to go back and forth. The next one hopefully will be far more impressive.
I think we'll see a handful of surprise titles in there...Microsoft probably has a few tricks up their sleeve. Lets hope they don't devote most of the show to Kinect. I expect something big Halo related.
I've pre-ordered it and I'm sure the demo will really help me decide if it was worth it or not. I trust Gearbox though and think it will be.
For those who didnt...I'm sure there will be plenty of feedback and maybe some vids.
Its 20 bucks! What are you waiting for???
