Really wish this deal was around a while before...Its truly a great value.
Well...I pre-ordered BF3 already. Have no problem skipping MW3 at this point.
I really think MW3 is a wolf in sheeps clothing. I enjoyed MW1 and MW2 but its the Modern Warfare title that's carrying MW3 to where it is. It seems like MW3 is just a gimmick. They jumped on the WW3 scene which is really where I think all of its popularity is coming from.
Graphically it looks just like the other games. This isn't the same Infinity Ward that made the previo...
How are they saving the industry?
The consumers are constantly getting it much worse than these developers. Game developers today are whining babies starving for more profits. How many more ways can we be inundated with fees so they can continue to get rich off of us while doing a half-assed job most of the time. No game is perfect.
Give us more quality games and we'll stop trading in/buying used games.

The old costumes are good but I felt like Reptile was the only one that needed it since he looks like Rango.

Activision could buy a small country with the amount of money they've sucked out of the consumers. Who in their right mind would purchase a DLC-content monthly package which will probably offer no real value at all?
You'll be paying double of what the game costs each year if the service is just at $9.99 monthly! $10 a month x 12 months = 120 bucks a year for 'Elite content'.

I was a fan of MW2 and MW1...This one looks so blah and I am already sick of hearing about it...Now they are mentioning Elite pricing subscriptions? Who the hell wants to be apart of this franchise anymore?
You can knock on BF3 all day for not showing any 'footage' but this game wasn't supposed to even see the light of the day until being unveiled at E3. Instead it was leaked early and is now flooding with articles daily.

I really wish they would have had this technology in SR3 if it isn't really there...How can you have an open-world full of indestructible buildings that dont even show signs of damage when hit?
I really hope that we aren't just going to see a HALO HD remake...I mean Halo 3 came out in 2007...Bungie is done with Halo...What are they waiting for? Bring out Halo 4!
343 has been working on something...I really hope its Master Chief's return and not just a return in HD. If they are smart they won't wait for a new console for the next game in the series to appear.
Take out the damn kinect and just price-drop the Xbox360 w/ 250gb hard drive...or at least the 4gb version.
IMO I think the 4gb Xbox should drop to at least $150...The lack of hard-drive is pretty distressing.
They really should wait before they throw out another DA...
I appreciate the ME3 push-back if its for improving the quality of the game but that doesn't mean launch another DA game in the process.

That sounds iffy to me...but not out of the realm of possibility.
Even if you are wrong about anything...You ought to keep writing articles because at least you have interesting articles to write about. I enjoy hearing from girls who play games and/or who are into games and have a decent amount of knowledge about whats out there.
Of course Sony likes Call of Duty Elite...didn't they just lose like $700 million in profits from the hack attack? Hmmmm...how convenient.

I mean...at what point do people realize that this is just a money-grabbing scenario officially at its worst?
This needs to be put down before it spreads like a disease. Call me crazy but $60 for a recycled game is more than enough to cover whatever profits they need...I'm not here to open my bank account to a bunch of greedy, lazy and slime ball developers.

They will fail this year...They've already failed because MW3 probably plays just like MW2/MW1. They are charging a subscription service for 'DLC' which is probably more content that is already created and just restricted on disc and everyone I've been with thats seen the MW3 trailer has rolled their eyes and in turn asked me if I'm pre-ordering BF3...in which case I replied- Hell Yes.
Hope they improve the guns a bit and just improve everything about the first.

If this goes through...not only will I NEVER buy MW3 but I will simply sell every COD game I own and never look back.
I can deal with 15 dollar map packs...but a subscription fee for a game we've all been playing for years? Really terrible that they just take a massive dump on their fanbase like this. Sure there will be idiots who jump at this but for the most part I'm sure most people will move on to BF3 which is subscription-free.
