Yikes...considering how awfully pathetic the last game was. Plus, annual releases for a game like this kind of make each iteration more and more pointless. Right, Call of Duty? ;)

My first Naughty Dog game was the first Crash Bandicoot when it was new for PS1. Anything prior to that is news to me.
Let's face it- Battlefield 1 was the smarter move. Another year of a futuristic warfare shooter-- this one being the most over the top yet? They were asking for it.

I almost picked it up on sale for $10 and I know they were offering free DLC this week, which is great....but I'll just hold off for BF1.
If they were really smart, they would have released an entire MW remastered collection of MW1 & MW2 and took a break from the whole "sky is the limit" future soldier fetish they have. Instead, it's an $80 game, and one that nobody really was asking for.
I hope they both release the same week just like their trailers just to stick it to COD.
It's not even a full remaster...Typically, you'll receive ALL content (maps), yet in this case, it's almost as if they are discouraging players from playing MW long-term by releasing only about half of the maps.

Clearly, they were listening to the fans. I don't know how COD can compete, which may be why they decided to group in MW4 rehash in their next game.
Even then...800,000+ likes on Youtube, 1,300 dislikes for the new BF trailer. That says a lot.
Origins was produced by WB, and technically wasn't part of Rocksteady's canon, despite it being a pretty good story and prequel. Arkham Knight was released last year, so it's still pretty new. They didn't even release a GOTY edition yet with all of the content.
And $40 now may seem outrageous, but those games typically retail for about $20 new (minus the various sales and used copies).
If it makes the current models obsolete, I'll be furious.
I can only agree with Niko Belic being overrated. Completely crap character that had no appeal.
Gordon Freeman & Lara Croft are legends in gaming, so of course there isn't much there but still. Trevor Phillips is absolute perfection. And Miranda Lawson? How dare you! I broke Liara's heart through multiple play-throughs once she came into the picture! I never went for anyone else. Hell, I'll still be thinking about her while I'm playing ME:Andromeda.
