FFIX is my favourite out of the Final Fantasy games, mainly because it's the only one I really got into.
Heavenly Sword was a rather average game in my opinion, the last part is epic, but the middle section was dreary. I suppose the fact I bought it along with Metal Gear Solid 4 took may have had some thing to do with it.
Are you aware what the term "renaissance" actually means? So far this generation has been solid but rather unspectacular, save for MGS4 perhaps.
500gb?
The problem is too many people on this site don't even read the bit of text below the headline on this site, let alone the article itself. If only people actually took the time to read the article rather than the sensationalised headlines.
But a bad game with great graphics is better than a bad game with rubbish graphics ;).
Ah great, the standard N4G phantom disagree.
How can you even consider giving a 10 to a game you haven't played fully?
Maybe if the internet didn't exist too.
Dammit, I gave Hiphopgamer a hit >_>
You can't private chat while playing a game on PS3 can you? I've never tried :S
Tech 5 is going to crush everything to dust ;). Before PS3/Killzone fanboys jump in, try looking up the Tech 5 engine before you hit disagree. Doom 4 and Rage are going to be plain awesome! I sadly don't have a PC that will be able to play Doom 4 like it's meant to be, but I bought a PS3 to play the best console version of Rage.
I found the Hawx demo pretty average to be honest. On the subject of flOwer, it's looking rather good and reviews seem to back that up, looking to be a must buy.
The Killzone 2 engine would be a poor choice for smaller scale games, at least based on the poor textures in Killzone 2. ID Tech 5 at least sounds phenomenal, superior to the Crystal tools in use at Square Enix anyway.
I agree, there is so much scope for unique and unpredictable moments, other shooters feel very 1 dimensional and plain in comparison. My favourite Halo 3 kill was when an enemy team member jumped onto my warthog gun on Standoff, my solution was to drive off the edge, making sure to hop out just before ;)
Numbers aren't everything. I play both Resistance 2 and Halo 3 regularly and I must say I prefer Halo 3.
Maybe, but most likely not, right?
A cross platform comparison will be interesting with this one.
For a moment I thought you were posting a rational non fanboy post, how silly of me. On the case of Mass Effect being multi platform, we know, 360 and PC, right?
I like adverts like that, you see it and need to know more.
