I found the demo half decent, personally I feel we will see some 7s and 8s mixed with some 4s and 5s, purely due to the fact there are a lot of QTEs in the game and QTEs seem to be somewhat of a love/hate thing.

No, the PS3 has better games in my opinion and is a superior system in general, but the online interface still needs work. But seeing as it's free I'm not too worried about it.
Yes, the PS3 is doing well, clearly superior to the Wii now and getting some of the software features available on the 360 since launch. At least the PS3s' problems are more software based, far easier to resolve than RROD and a generally lower spec.
Edit: actually I mean since Xbox Live 3.0 on the original Xbox. That added in voice messaging and cross game invites existed on most games on the original Xbox.

Wow, you serious? I had no idea it was like that, I can see why people slated the PS3 so much at launch. I'm glad I got mine with MGS4, the PS3 has gone from strength to strength since then.

I disagree, having no previous experience of SOCOM, I took the plunge and bought Confrontation. I can now say this game is in no way under appreciated, it's firmly deserving of the low review scores it got. Poor graphics, buggy and a nasty interface that feels dated in comparison to modern peers such as Call of Duty and Halo.
