MGS got a huge amount of hate for being basically a paid demo and it was half the price of the order, I don't see how they can be compared.

Those games scored pretty well except nhl and AC unity. Ac deserved those scores with the bugs though.
That's one site. didn't alien isolation end up at almost an 80 metascore? It's a 78 or 79 if I'm not mistaken, the orders been sitting around a 65.

Seriously one of the saddest, most delusional post I've ever read on this site. I really hope you don't seriously go and buy 2 copies. It's a game based around telling a story, and from everything I've read, they didn't do a good job of telling the story. Not only that but nearly half the game is cut scenes. How did they nit pick? I've read the same things from user reviews on redit. For the most part I've read that the atmosphere is great but everything else is pretty generic.
Can't upgrade your guns, no form of currency, no nothing. It's a bare bones game with great graphics. A lot of people seem to think the ending isn't good either which isn't good in a game like this that's focused around the story.

People need to realize that people worrying about the game being 5 hrs (which is what most of the talks been about the past couple days) isn't hating. That's a very valid concern to have.

This is one of the biggest games of the year and it releases in 2 days, of course there's gonna be a bunch of articles. I agree it went overboard a couple days ago, but you should expect a few more over the next couple days
