Complete opposite for me, everybody with a Playstation or Xbox tag turns the lobbies into a cesspool. When I play a Search game with a lobby entirely of PC players all I hear and see typed is GG. Cross-play lobbies I sometimes have to take my headset off or just mute the lobby at the end game screens. But we all have different experiences, the population is still huge, will die down after Christmas then we can really see how toxic the community will be going forward.

Hit the head on the nail, most people don't even see the difference with RTX on or off until they get a bunch of playtime in. I was still on the fence, but now after lots of playtime on Metro and Tomb Raider I can see the potential. I can even immediately spot the fake lighting when I turn the feature off on RTX titles now. Hopefully when people get to actually enjoy RT I hope the 4k hype dies down. 1080p Ultra RTX on> 4k-30fps

Definitely will be like that for the immediate future, 2080ti's struggle with RTX on BFv when things get crazy. Single-digit FPS at times its terrible. Still excited to see what AMD's tech can do tho, I just know if its anything close to Nvidia's, AMD needs a new GPU's asap because the 5700 and XT won't be able to hold a candle up to the raw power needed for RT to be painted in all its glory.
@traumadisaster No point in having a discussion with him about that, he compared RT to Lens Flare, and Anti-Aliasing. But completely agree, when I first saw RTX I thought of HairWorks or PhysX -_-.

Or as a company/dev you just don't aim for 4k. RT doesn't need 4k, 1080P ultra with RT on is plenty enough for the eyes. I hope more devs take advantage of RT and put it in every game, wether its AMD's RT or Nvidias RTX feature set.
Lockhart is the streaming-only console, no disc drive, really weak hardware compared to Series X. Won't be out until they get xCloud in a better place, guessing next year. With MS and Sony's current state in-game streaming combined with the partnership they have established, everybody who hasn't already can write off Google. Just a cheap alternative that MS is trying to tap into.
