How could they choose Skyrim over Witcher 2??? this makes no sense

Most of you missed the point completely, if you watch the full interview with EPIC on gametrailers you can see why this engine is so great.
It allows people who have no programming background to create games easily, artists now have the power to manipulate in game values that were out of reach for them before.
Next gen is not only Graphics, it's much more than that.
If the Xbox 720 comes out in 2014 it will be using 2012/13 tech as they need to approve and get them manufactured, Also allow developers to work with development kits which will have to have similar tech.

And i think people won't mind if they take more time to optimise it and make it better. They have set the date for release not the gamers who wanted the port

It's not complains but real thoughts, Obviously guys like naughty dog and others have pushed consoles to their true limits and gotten some amazing results! But if your making a muyltiplatform game the console limitations comes apparent. I don't think it's fair to compare Consoles to PC's as consoles are static whiles PC's are dynamic and always changing.
Why does it look terrible?
I think many PC gamers have controllers(I do), if the game is a bad port and has horrible mouse controls i tend to use my 360 controller. But this is no excuse for not trying to make good mouse and keyboard support
Some say it will be fully unveiled today June 7th at 1AM ET/PT on SpikeTV.
It's not a PC port, it was developed alongside the console version! It runs like a dream and feels like it made on the PC(DX11, FXAA and lots more), but obviously every game will have issues it's nice that they are listening to the community and fixing those issues =]
Seems like their going the Conviction way of leaving stealth behind and just doing a third person shooter
So it's kinda an interactive movie just like Heavy Rain was?
