Blu-Ray will be fine. If they want to boost the sales and rental all they need to do is start offering the Blu-Ray version of movies for rental a week or two ahead of the DVD release.

If PS3 has DLC coming who's to say it's the same maps and missions. Rock* sold 3 million copies on PS3 I'm sure they'd like to get some extra money off of that as well.

Microsoft has been coming up with some magical stuff lately. I guess they needed to combat Sony's big promises with something. So they decided to use half lies and spin.
They're going to come out with a statement soon that they were unaware of the refurb units being sold in Europe and it was an honest mistake.
Selling refurb as new is illegal in the states. I don't know maybe France has different laws.

I think it's freakin hilarious that I can put a Gears of War theme on my PS3 to show my 360 friends before they can. Killzowned!
Good I thought I was the only one that wasn't getting the fun factor from the game. After seeing all the perfect ten reviews I thought it would be at least as fun as COD4.
I haven't played it in weeks and if I had an xbox I certainly wouldn't be buying any down loadable content for it.
