To the developers. Ignore the levels that look like Super Mario Bros and Sonic the Hedgehog worlds. Telling the judge that there are so many craters you can't possibly police them all will hold up in court.

What 360 game should of won best multiplayer?? Gears 2 with five on five action?? Fable 2 with no online pvp combat?? Resistance or Spore winning best online was a no brainer.
The 360 winning for E3 games is pretty ridiculous. They only showed talked about two 360 exclusive games. Everything else is coming out on both consoles. If they would of made the Halo announcement I might have understood.
Someone ought to actually watch the press conferences and total up how many exclusive games each side showed. Methinks Microsoft came up on the short end of the stick by just announcing a lot of multiplats.
I don't think they were intimidated by Assassin's Creed it's in there own studios. I think MGS4 caused them to go back to the drawing board.
