Why are tower defense games so addictive. I still play pixel junk monsters and desktop tower defense all the time.
Epic isn't saying the games won't look better in the future. They're just implying that the difference in what your seeing today and what you'll see in the future on the 360 won't be as big.
There was huge jump in graphics from Perfect Dark Zero to Gears of War and Bioshock.

I don't understand it's supposed to be Gears of War. A War implies a battle with more than 5 on 5 combat that's not even a skirmish. Gears 2 is more like a brawl like the Pacers and Pistons.
They wouldn't call that a war on a grade school playground.

Even the premium is only a good deal for one year. Once that next year of xbox live kicks in you have to pay another $50 dollars.
I hope Sony recoups it's development investment. If they don't it will be a huge deterrent to all three in the next generation. The last thing we need is three Wii like consoles because Sony and MS don't make enough money off of this current generation.

This is going to take some delicate timing. I think MS and Rockstar should wait before releasing. There are some hot titles that are coming out this Fall and early next year that will even overshadow GTAIV DLC.
They should possibly wait until the summer when new releases slow down a little.
