It's like comparing a 4oz filet to a 1/4 pounder with cheese. They are both driving games but that's where the similarity ends. I like the lighting engine for NFS but it still doesn't come close to GT's graphical fidelity.
Hence the reason why I don't buy any third party games. If the developer didn't take care to make it the best it could be then I'll give my money to a developer who did.
LOL @ "without saying graphics, Blu-Ray capacity, or the RROD".
Hilarious!
I'll bite, how about...

The 360 has been out since 2005 the PS3 since 2006.
Gears is arguably the best looking franchise the 360 has to offer.
Gears arguably has been passed in graphics by several PS3 titles in less time.
The trend is currently favoring the PS3 producing more titles with higher graphical fidelity.
Dogs like cat poop.
Arguably GeOW is the best looking 360 game that has been offered and it's limited with how many characters can be on screen at once. They can spin it by saying 5 vs 5 combat is more tactical all they want but GeOW 2 wasn't bigger, badder, and more bad@$$ by much.
Killzone, Uncharted, and Heavy Rain all look better than Gears. With more detail and more activity.
Has anyone stopped to think that maybe what these developers have been saying is actually true?
Polyphony are true artist. All the way down to the different looks of each bush and tree at the track.
It has taken so long that my interest level in the game has gone from a ten down to a nine.
How does Gabe Newell not make that list??
I agree with sniper. This game went from a rental to me to a purchase. There is a lot of mayhem going on. I heart mayhem.
LOL every third party developer purposely makes the games look the same.
What artist wouldn't want a bigger canvas and more colors to work with.
Cinematic Teaser trailers don't do it for me anymore. I need to see some game play footage to peek my interest now.
They better have a First Person Star Wars light saber game to go with it. Along with 1:1 motion sensing. It will sell like hotcakes then.
Wow just Wow. I can't believe they made Uncharted look even better. I thought they were just blowing smoke.
It could be the death of consoles especially if the publishers push it. If all the new exclusive third party games are on onlive first then the gamers will follow.
For a publisher the positives are huge.
No piracy for PC or Xbox 360 games.
No used game sales
Direct profits from game rentals
No problems with hardware specs
No lag on multiplayer games
They just better make sure they get the pricing righ...
And the hits keep coming.
Throw in one of those new CellBE's with 32 cores and up the clock speed form 3.2 to something higher. Use Larrabe as your graphics chip.
Developers will already be familiar with the Cell architecture in the PS4 they'll have more and faster SPU's to play with.
The game is fabulous. Between The Show and Killzone I'm losing sleep trying to play after the wife and kid go to bed.
For some reason baseball games never get very high scores.
I'm glad the Madden team is taking notes. They needed some inspiration.
Cons: Because it doesn't use the analog stick for pitching and batting?
That's not a con that's an opinion. I prefer the traditional controls.
Cons: Even when perfectly timed pitching can be fickle.
I don't think the reviewer as ever actually thrown real pitches before. I love the fact the ball doesn't go exactly where you want it every single time. Add in the umpires strike zones that you have to adapt to makes it fun and challenging especially ...
And the Chevy Colbot gets better gas mileage than the Benz SLR convertible.
Splinter Cell is still a Chevy.
Actually 120gb isn't that bad for 360 games. There only 7gb or so each max.
