When PS3 games come out they get compared to Crysis or real life.
When Wii games come out they get compared to 360 games.

Has there been a 360 game to top Gears 1 graphically? I thought in some scenes Gears 1 looked better than Gears 2.

I think what they are trying to say is that eventually they will be able to make Forza 3 look as good as Gran Turismo 5 Prologue.
Okay maybe not with sixteen cars on track just six.
And maybe not in 1080P just 640P
And maybe not as many cars as prologue because the higher quality cars will take up more disc space.
And maybe not with all the extra ambient sound like wind and tire squeals and animations like shifting but... you get the idea.
This confirms that every single Forza 3 supporter needed to get their eyes checked.
None of the Forza fans wanted to admit to Bullshots even after they saw the actual in game video.
And of course Forza 3 car models can look better. If they knocked the number of cars on the track from eight down to four and lowered the resolution down to 640P.

I actually agree with the list. I just would of had Uncharted ahead of GOW 3.
From what I understand the reason the first bill was shot down was because the definition of what constituted an emergency was never defined.
In the second draft they've left the meaning so vague as to what is considered an emergency it's no better than the first bill.
This isn't about the citizen's safety this is about power and control. They can lie and call it whatever they like.
They better outline very very clearly in that bill what constitutes an emergency that requires seizing control of the entire internet.
