People that don't enjoy the 3D effect or claim that it does nothing to enhance visuals have the right to their own opinion! I feel different about it, as I LOVE the 3D effect and feel that it does enhance visuals and gameplay. When I'm playing a console game I often find myself wishing I were able to play the game in 3D. Sadly, I'm not upgrading my 1080p TV to do it just yet until every game is compatible.

Hell yea, this game looks awesome! I've always been a Deadpool fan! I keep telling my cousin that Nintendo will have some decent third-party support this time around but he ain't hearing it. Nintendo has recovered from this loss and will learn from its mistake. The goal is to find the sweet-spot, and I think that having two choices, the 3DS and the 3DSXL, will defiantly offset the loss. If they manage to price the Wii U at a decent enough price, ($249.99-$349.99) they will gain some decent momentum. They also know that software is a big factor in keeping the momentum going.

Ummm, duh... The standard resolution is 1080p and unless that changes all games will look the same, some will just have more particle effect, flasher bloom, etc... It doesn't matter because what will be the determining factor is the games for once not graphics! The fact that Nintendo games will finally be Hi-def is great. We've seen what Sony and Microsoft can do with next-gen hardware, now it's time for Nintendo to show use what they can do...
Whats wrong with people, this is great news. Most people don't understand what this means so they're all like "meh". Get real! Wii U will undoubtedly be able to produce some amazing visuals and will be able to hang next-gen, unlike the Wii, the architecture is solid and good developers will take advantage of the juice on here.
I agree, but at the same time developers should be trying to develop different ways of enhancing the experience with these new options, very similar to how Capcom did with Resident Evil: Revelations. That was an excellent point you brought up! The gyroscope controls didn't really do much for me but the touchscreen options and map really helped make it feel natural, not forced on us.
