I agree with the article

I have been saying all along, its about the games. Nothing else matters. I am glad to hear that people agree MS has the edge in terms of games. Reassuring that my faith is well placed... Not to say that I don't have plenty of faith in Sony.

Digital will offer its own benefits with regards to sharing/selling/buying. People are making a mountain out of a molehill... and the argument will fizzle over time. The future is digital, all ...

Yeah, instead of buying less expensive hardware that will run the game perfectly, buy something way more expensive that might run the game!!!

Thats what I like to call sound advice.

Xbone sharing announced: "Yay! Eleven people can play for the price of one!""

Xbox One DRM announcement: "Shwanky: "what? I cant share my games? LIFE IS MEANINGLESS!!"

Xbox one sharing announcement: "Shwnaky: ...Xbox One is totes lame."

""This is how the cloud will change the gaming experience," Henshaw says. "If a developer wants to do really crazy stuff we can see how he can map and compute 330,000 asteroids in real-time via global cloud computing. There are 500,000 updates per second from the cloud to Xbox One. Developers tell us this is a miracle for them. Even the highest of highest PCs could not do all of this at once, it really takes global cloud computing resources.""

@lightofdarkness

2 at a time buddy... 2 at a time.

"limitations"? If infinite access to your friends games, and vice-versa, is "limiting", then the sky must be red and pigs walk on the ceiling.

Any excuse to complain...

this just makes it easier to share the love. Certainly don't have this on my existing Xbox360.

Who cares if you can share a physical copy? This is WAY better!

Thats freekn amazing... you and a fellow XB1 owner could go tit-for-tat on every game purchase.

Uh..did you read the article buddy? ONE AT A TIME!

The only advantage of running the software on a high-end PC like that would be to ensure things ran perfectly smooth & prevent crashing. I see absolutely no reason to believe that game wont run on the Xbox One.

After all, these games are being developed specifically around the XB1's architecture...

I dont care if the games were running on a microwave oven. As long as it is representative of what we will see in the final product, I'm happy.

I was very impressed with what I saw at E3. From both the Xbox One and the PS4.

It can only get better. Not to mention that it will generally look better on a nice wide screen HDTV.

Can't wait for this game. Definitely one of the most impressive things I saw at E3.

And by purchase you mean.... download!

These same people who are so glad for all the free games are probably the same ones who scoff at the idea of digital media.

Yeah, we want "ownership" (whatever the hell that means), but digital games over PSN... whole different story!

I'm getting Microsoft Surface next week just for this reason. It is useful in game, and you can play games remotely. Pretty insane.

In this world, you can speculate and pretend you know exactly what the price is going to be... but you dont. In all likelyhood, buying the characters will cost significantly less than 60 dollars.

4613d ago 0 agree1 disagreeView comment

It will still be cheaper than a full retail title, and FREE if you only want 1 character. Online play, campaign... whatever else, fully available.

Some people are so threatened by the idea of buying in increments. Frankly, I can see nothing but benefits. Like I care if I can walk into a store and drop a hard 60 bucks on something I can throw like a novelty flying disk...

You get what you pay for.

PSN does nothing. Xbox Live is spectacular.
