Wow, cool. That would be good. Personally, I don't care, I'll be picking mine up on day 1 as long as they don't raise the price by 100 dollars... but this would certainly sway a few holiday shoppers.
Was really hoping to see a next-gen NHL. Oh well, hopefully when they bring it forward next year it will look unbelievably believable.
Before hearing all of this noise as of late, I already though that the E3 demo for this game looked bland and terrible.
Now, the news seems to be confirming my suspicions.
Oh well, I never played the originals, so I have no expectations. Doesn't look like I will bother with this game, especially with so many great titles on the way.

I read yesterday that MS allows for an extra 2GB of RAM to be used for games in certain cases, on top of the 5 already available.
Wouldn't surprise me if its the same for Sony.
I'm not saying this is necessarily horrible news. I'm not saying that I understand the difference between DDR3 and GDDR5, or that Xbox has any sort of advantage.
