gamers stay away from the franchises that are milked and have become Activision's bread and butter as per B. Koticks business strategy and purchased new, interesting I.P. from them, that would hurt Kotics standing in the company and would also push Activision to pursue more new IP. making Activision more relevant and Kotic more of a liability.
