I am not a big fan of racing games at all, I got GT 5 since I heard good things about it but I couldn't get into it because of the customizations in the game. I had no idea what I was doing and I wasn't winning, so I couldn't buy more parts or whatever to do better. I also was horrible at it either.
I stopped playing it and never got into another racer until Driveclub came out. I was hesitant, but I read a lot about it, and loved how there was tons of tuning in...
I loved Gears 1 and 2 for that one life per round game play. I will always have a high respect for MP games that give you only one life.
So you are assuming everything... unless you played this game already.
It is funny because in all of the RR games the animations been off compared to other games. It is all about the game play, but we won't know that until the game releases. I don't care if it is 2016 or 2216, game play will top everything even wonky animations and bad ragdoll physics. You are already putting negative things in your head about a game that didn't even come out yet. I don't g...
That's right!!! I knew the name was off. I could of swore it was something different. To my knowledge that one isn't coming to consoles so I didn't really read too much into it. I also believe that Redemption will have online but its been a while since I read anything about it. I want to see more of this game before anything, I do miss Road Rash 64 a lot!
You are complaining about something that has nothing to do with the game play. I remember in Road Rash 64 when you hit someone they fly up in the air. There were only a few different animations for that. People seriously complain about things that really don't matter at all, literally complaining about the ragdoll physics in a racing game.
What?
That is the point, you aren't suppose to be at E with nothing. You need to talk to the squad and make a decent effort to get E. If you think you can lone wolf in an open area you are not going to have a good time with this game. In BF, there are times where you need to be like, well, not my fight and wait a little bit before running back in. The game is slower pace compared to other shooters but it is still very fast at certain points.
I love the art direction, but in these games you need it to be balance to make it fun. I am hoping this game turns out to be fun, it sure looks like it. The one thing I will say is that when the player kills someone almost all the time the person he/she kills is stand still. This game doesn't seem like a game you sit still for a long period of time. It could be just for the trailer sake.
"However, the sheer addiction of leveling up, completing challenges, earning kill streaks, and unlocking camos from Call of Duty’s multiplayer will have me playing for hours on end."
That quote alone made me cringe when I read it. All of those things have nothing to do with the actual gameplay of the game, besides kill streaks which in my opinion ruin the competitive nature of the franchise. They got killstreaks right with the first Modern Warfare and ruined the r...
They also made these "bots" that fly through the whole universe and pretty much "test" the game for them. Those bots take pictures and see what is around in the universe. I am sure you can edit these bots for other games for developers to test out their own game in a much quicker way. You are thinking of what the game is, but it is more about the is under the hood.
Patches and DLC are two different things. If he ever does paid DLC it is going to be very different to patches. I am more than happy to help HG out.
I would only want tougher enemies or bosses out of the things you said.
The whole point of this game is to find out stuff for yourself, when Sean is getting asked about questions that are in game he was so vague. He REALLY wants us to find stuff out, that is the point of the game. Of course, it is hard to sell a game like that but I am so happy that he was vague in a lot of the questions.
You really have no idea why it got so much hype? That is a very easy answer. Just because something doesn't hype you doesn't mean it is bad. For an example, Gears 4, I have no hype what so ever for that game but I know that game will be very good. That game is just not me anymore. I know a lot of people hyped for that game and for good reason.
There is another one that is coming out for PS4 and PC I believe. I can't remember the name of that! That looked to have more potential. What is the name of that one!?
I wouldn't mind a prequel at all, or maybe a stealth mission to the planet (use their tech to get there) that they were at before Earth. I wasn't a big fan of the 3rd Resistance but the MP was light years better than Resistance 2.
That was the point, you were defenseless, you are fighting someone who is better than you in every aspect. While you are playing, you are trying to figure out what you are doing wrong in the fight. All in all, she is just better than you.
She was a co-writer and co-director, she was working with people who also wrote/directed The Last Of Us.
I just hope you can turn things off. A lot of the weapons are super cheap and aren't fun in a competitive atmosphere.
You have to remember, you can't just fly to the next planet like it is nothing. You need to build a warp engine or whatever (to go to different solar system) you need enough fuel, you need to upgrade your suit and space craft. You need to learn Alien language to learn to trade with them and why they are there. This is a survival game and we will die a lot and learn what we can and can't do. Will some people get bored? Of course! These type of games aren't meant for everyone. For t...
"It often lags behind, “storing” button presses, leaving your character doing extra moves well after the fact, which often results in a death not wholly of your own making."
You literally are the one pushing the button, so if you are pushing the wrong button and are dying because of that... what is "wholly" on you. Of course, you can dislike the game because it isn't for everyone but don't hate on a game because it is difficult. One of the best p...
