My friend and I play Don't Starve and this looks like that but with Dinosaurs and in third person. I just been afraid with all the bugs and I hear people having a hard time connecting. It just makes me nervous but this game is something I think could be a HUGE and a long lasting game.

The game looked better compared to the 2005 footage we saw at E3. I thought the same thing until I went back to the 2005 trailer.
Regardless of that, I wouldn't mind Alan Wake to be more like the Witcher 3 when it comes to the richness of that game.
Remedy is barely half the size of CD Projekt Red, I have no idea how to develop an open world game but I am sure you need a lot of people to make a game as rich as Witcher 3 was.
I was thinking the same thing, if he said other things on why he liked it GTAIV I would be like ohh okay make sense. If his main argument is about loading times than he should reevaluate his position.
I personally couldn't get into GTA IV, the movement was very stiff while running and walking. The driving was like the car was driving on ice the whole time. The story was decent, but quit half way through it (the mission where you have to snipe the Irish guy in the park)...
You do have to remember Socom 1 and 2 SP was amazing as well. One of the few games that had different secondary missions and side missions depending on the difficulty. I also like the fact they don't tell you where you have to go to complete the missions.
I just don't understand how their isn't a game on console or even PC that is similar to Socom.
That is the problem with MP games you two want all these customizations and unlocks to keep you playing. I want a MP that is balanced so you can get better and better. I am soo happy that there isn't so many unlockables so now on the battlefield you know what you are getting yourself into. I keep playing BF because I want to become better, not to unlock things. You could also say that is the point. Max Payne isn't technically Max Payne in the 3rd one, he just happened to get a job similar to what he had in his past because of his past. He had to go down a road which he was already broken from. Once again, Max Payne 3 was my least favorite of the 3 but I still liked it a lot.

I really hope you can turn off the slow motion when you knock someone off their bike. I really hope it isn't one hit and they fall off the bike. I hope the AI are aggressive and actually make the racing hard.
I am not a big racing fan either but Driveclub just clicked with me, I don't play it too often now because I can't win any of the races anymore lol

The main question people need to ask themselves is if there was suppose to be COOP, wouldn't they actually show game play of COOP or MP to try and sell the game? What about Far Cry Primal? They made up a whole language. They originally had them speak English but it felt weird to have them speak a language that didn't even exist during the time. This is Ubisoft that we are talking about and they cared that much. I feel like the real world will be the hub where you go into other worlds. In the beginning of one of the trailers you see Mario come out of the sewers and do his dance. It was very similar to how in Mario 64 where Mario comes out of the painting and dances after he gets a star.
