Though the article was undoubtedly written a year ago, it does have some good points and a contradictory one (slamming Sega for "abandoning" Genesis owners and Sony for still continuing to support PS2, even though it's just a smooth transition phase).
To be honest, today's console war is much more similar to the 16-bit console war (the best console war IMO) since no console had the clear advantage over the other. People who liked sports games gravitated to Sega while p...
Also, that's another reason why developers such as Lucasarts are making the PS3 as the lead platform for their games. An example of this would be Burnout: Paradise for the PS3. DISCLAIMER: The last sentence ISN'T meant to say that the PS3 version is better than the 360, so I truly hope nobody flames me on this one!
