Does anybody still play this on the consoles?
It was apparent from the start that this is a heavily PC-focused title, valve's lack of support for the console versions really soured its reputation among the console community, while PC gamers just eat up the periodic content and bug updates...
First a Halo 1 patch, then a rumor of Halo 3 coming to PC, now a Halo 2 patch?
Any one feel a big PC Halo announcement coming on?
Isn't it always better to release a game on multiple platforms than 1?
I can turn that argument on its side and say that its better to release a game on 2 consoles and pc instead of just one console.

GTA games take roughly six months to migrate from consoles to PC.
Rockstar is going to make a lot of money off of this port. Apparently, the PC GTA: SA has already sold 2 million+ copies.

PC's don't need Blu-Ray drives because they have the space on the hard drive to uncompress and install. Also, accessing a hard drive is much faster than a blu-ray disk

Even it its true, they didnt spend anywhere near the $100 million that was spent on GTA4 or the $30 million on Killzone 2.
Most of the costs were due to developing the cryengine 2. Now that its done, all games created on it will be much cheaper, hence the lower pricetag.
