do sex with poo and dwarfs and stuff, there's no need for that. really
I did enjoy gtaIV very much at times but once i'd unlocked the 2nd island stopped playing it the friends mobile phone calls irritated me,
heavy rain ...omg what a waste of time and money
has anyone with a 360 ever not had it break? I don't know anyone with one that has worked for longer than 3 months
chatting, playing games, making friends, meeting for multiplayer, and attending home events and completing the mini games and challenges in order to collect free stuff. It could be better but i really enjoy it on the whole. :)
I think that just cause 2 pulls it's pants and trousers down and does a big poo all over heavy rain
i'll remember heavy rain as the worst gaming experience i've ever had, where as just cause 2 has given me hope that there are still great games being developed other than the usual mundane MW clones and short linear eye candy experiences
totally agree to your comment, well put. It makes me wonder if devs arn't hassled to produce a multiplayer that they have more resources/time to create games that are fun and massive
modnation racers, dot heroes and RDR caught my eye :) definitely dot heroes, am not sure about RDR I might wait for some user reviews/feedback after GTAIV
mine works fine , and i brought a games console and it plays games fine, surely educational establishments would have pc's to run Linux?!
it works!?
sorry couldn't resist it.I Need to get over being such a fanboy.
look at the success of the wii toy
is this a psn download? has it got multiplayer?
yes i do look down my nose at the wii , correct. and MC in general, although move looks promising.
harvest moon psp and whispered world pc, look interesting . good article
i'm obviously in a minority with my feelings about heavy rain. i did try the demo and liked it. i preordered the game. But the elements i liked appeared rarely and randomly ...plot holes...overal very dissapionted. Uncharted two i played through twice, i like it very much, but not as much as JC2 , haven't played mgs4 yet but have it, GOW3...well I'll pick it up at some point i expect, MW ...hmmmm i have it here played the first couple of missions of the SP ...it's all so serious and depressin...
i'd have to say that heavy rain was the worst game i have ever bothered playing to the end.
The pressure on developers to deliver the best graphics especially with exclusive ips means that we get shorter , tightly scripted and often linear games. to hell with console wars and graphics tech willy waving, we need more games like JC2 which are massive, immersive and lots of fun.
It seems that the majority of todays gamers whine endlessly about wanting the best graphics...
it's a joke that this site has a open zone....n4g is the open zone...
a pixel here a fraction more blur there....whatever. This is a great game and considering the scale of what it does and how well it plays it's one of the better looking games this gen. ps3 , 360 , pc are united by a great game experience.
wii boxing , total garbage inacurate controls. i know lots of people that brought into the wii fad , 95% girls and children but only one is used still by a mates 5 year old son, penguin club or something. i'm not anti-nintendo but the game cube is a far superior console.
there are so many online games, and all the online action games I've tried have a gimped single player. personally i just want an awsome single player experience with no expense of time, money, disk space or effort diverted to creating multiplayer.
edit .....ok apart from uncharted 2 lol
edit... but it does make a nice change to have a purely single player massive scale sandbox action game...reminds me of san andreas, happy days.
I think the game looks great in as much as it looks atmospheric and interesting with good colour and lighting, I would love to play this game but am ps3 only owner and plan to stay that way. If this comes to pc in the future i will be very interested. This game looks like what i was hoping for from heavy rain , except with proper controls and actual game play. comparing screen resolutions under a microscope is so last year...that's my honest opinion.
