had my fat ps3 for 4 years no problems at all plus it's in a vertical stand which is supposed to be bad apparently.

lord phoenix...i was hating anonymous, but after having looked into it I think they do a lot of good activism for eg in their defence of wikileaks . I do not agree with their attacking PSN in defence of geohot at all I think he is a self publicising smart arse, but I like the idea of the people power behind the group and agree with most of the stuff they do. The individuals that make up anonymous (basically anyone who wants to join in) are not necessarily pirating games either.

I agree, I don't see the need for reimbursement. If people really have struggled to live without PSN for a few days then a short break will have done them good.

I admire them defending things like wikileaks. but attacking sony in defence of a arrogant self publicising hacker like geo hotz does not impress me at all. I think they have become very disorganised and are attracting members from the ranks of bottom feeding haxors who are just one step up from cod exploit kiddies who will just be irritating for the sake of it with no real ideals.

it's simple really... ps3 is a great games console with lots of features, psn is a free service that works well, it'll get fixed soon enough. anonymous are a bunch of obsessed nerd kids desperate for a little power and publicity messing about with hacks. An attempt to feel important and get some recognition...the matrix was a good film but real life is much more mundane. maybe when they grow up they might create some useful software or a game or two..who knows, who cares
