I am all for the lack of a manual, I have personally never used one. Plus these days most games offer a virtual manual while the game is loading or in the option menu.

Yes most Nintendo in house developed games are E for Everyone titles. It has been that way from the beginning. That is not going to stop Nintendo from publishing more mature games for their Elite fanbase. Madworld was obviously not made by Nintendo. Nintendo is more or less the Walt Disney of the gaming industry. And just how Walt Disney purchased Marvel which contains violence.
