I remember the early days of the Nintendo 3DS entertainment system. Which introduced a new revolutionary concept, glasses free 3D gaming. After an extended look of the consoles potential during the E3 press conference that introduced it I was immediately excited. But a lot of my gaming brethren in the gaming online space had a different opinion. Shortly after release, a sizable portion of the online community deemed the Nintendo 3DS entertainment system to failure. Failure in the shadow and p...

I think backward compatibility is very important. Now that the Nintendo Wii U entertainment system is blessing our very homes this holiday season. Shelf space becomes an issue for some. The Nintendo Wii U entertainment system is backward compatible with games from older brother. Now I wont have to have two outstanding Nintendo platforms hooked up to my TV. Instead I am honored deal with one that can do it all.

The last thing that I would appreciate is a wired tangled mess sur...

Im actually looking forward to seeing what this thing can do. People have a tendency to write things off before it's even available to the consumer. Innovation is always welcome. At least they are trying.

Yet you are here with me so that makes us twins.

But I do appreciate your intelligent insight toward the topic at hand. And I also hope that you too enjoy the feature rich capability of your future purchased Nintendo Wii U entertainment system unit.

This article seems very well written and holds a lot of truth.

I firmly believe that the Nintendo Wii U entertainment system will set the new standard in how games are experiences in the eyes of the consumer. With the technical advantage given by the tablet control functions, and next generation graphical power that will be explored in the coming years.

With the Nintendo Wii U entertainment system launching on schedule to kick off the next generation of Elit...

You pretty much answered all of the questions I would have came up with for me. After what I had seen with the LBP demo, and some other talked about features with the combo. It became quite clear to me that nothing in this current generation will truly duplicate the offerings that come standard with the Nintendo Wii U entertainment system tablet control functions. I honestly dont feel that the LBP demo (while nice in its own right) even scratched the surface of what is possible with the Ninte...

There are some gamers out there in the wild that would like to see the Nintendo Wii U entertainment system meets its early grave for a simple reason. They are threatened by the potential it brings to the videogame spectrum. As of right now the Nintendo Wii U entertainment system is the most powerful, and arguably most innovative gaming home console to ever bless the videogame landscape. Its basically a test of strength and a form of flattery at the same time.

A lot of people ...

I am all for the lack of a manual, I have personally never used one. Plus these days most games offer a virtual manual while the game is loading or in the option menu.

This article is pretty spot on, and informative.

The true duplication of the Nintendo Wii U entertainment system tablet like control functions remain to be seen. It only takes a couple of minutes of research to see that the capabilities of Nintendo's next generation game pad innovations are far more advanced then what's currently available on the market today. It can almost be labeled as factual at this point. If you feel that you can debate that, then by all means g...

There is nothing wrong with waiting for competing consoles. Even if release is up to a year+ away.

To some the Nintendo Wii U entertainment system is an un proven console experience, which is true because it has yet to release to civilization. But with that said, the Nintendo brand has not given up on you, and you are still offered a fair opportunity to experience the next generation of Elite gaming powered by the Nintendo Wii U entertainment system.

The sales dominance of the Nintendo product line has remained quite positive for another week within the Japanese hardware charts. Putting up an almost identical rewarding performance to the industry leading numbers present last week. With the Nintendo 3DS entertainment system leading the pack, while at the same time outselling all competing platforms combined.

The Nintendo product line is looking strong leading into the holiday season. Carrying with it an upward positive mom...

@Killerhog

Yes most Nintendo in house developed games are E for Everyone titles. It has been that way from the beginning. That is not going to stop Nintendo from publishing more mature games for their Elite fanbase. Madworld was obviously not made by Nintendo. Nintendo is more or less the Walt Disney of the gaming industry. And just how Walt Disney purchased Marvel which contains violence. Nintendo can publish M For Mature games like they did with Eternal Darkness.
