This is great news because there are many long gaming sessions to be had with future releases for the Nintendo Wii U entertainment system. From the looks of things, the new innovative game pad looks to properly address all concerns of past complaining and negative speculation. Perfectly suited for current trends, and future gaming.

The complete standard button layout is present with the new game pad, with the addition of a new era of home console gaming control. A built in la...

After a quick look at your one sided comment history, I now understand why you left me this comment. I think you should be more worried about your own behavior toward another brand. You came to a sales article to criticizes me for talking about sales...

Especially since you spend more time on this site than I do, and have left more comments than I have. Why are you not playing games?

Just curious...

But regardless have a blessed day and happy...

It was likely due to the release of the adventure survival efforts of Resident Evil 6

The Nintendo 3DS entertainment system did an amazing job this week on the Japanese gaming hardware charts. Though both models were individually outsold by the temporary sales boost of competing forces. With both models of the Nintendo 3DS entertainment system fused together, it still technically lands the number one spot for the week. Though this time not outselling all competing forces combined thanks to the positive temporary boost of the PS3. Likely due to the recently launched model revis...

I am not saying the Vita is expensive for me, I think the price is fine man. It just seems that the rest of the world does not feel the same way. After a short peep at the sales numbers it has become quite clear that the world is waiting for a price drop. They waited for Nintendo to drop the price of the Nintendo 3DS entertainment system at that price, and now they are waiting for the Vita. If the price was as great as you say it is for the consumer, then we would not be having this conversat...

But the developers enjoyed it. That's all I will say.

Another week has gone by and the Nintendo 3DS entertainment system has edged by the competition, gracefully landing the number one position on the worldwide charts once more. Things continue to look positive for the Nintendo brand as they dominate the dedicated handheld gaming space.

The industry as a whole has had a positive week, with almost all units ending the week with a substantial increase in weekly percentage. A much needed boost for overall moral. Hopefully next week...

I had seen quite a few gameplay videos of this beautiful gem. Left very impressed. Finally a real traditional jrpg with an old school feel, and traditional turn based combat. A jrpg besides Xenoblade Chronicles, and Lost Odyssey (the real FF13 in my eyes) that I feel safe spending my hard earned money on. It looks like Square is finally back on board.

I am proud to see that this much needed entry to the jrpg genre has landed exclusively on the Nintendo 3DS entertainment syste...

Everything seems pretty spot on and accurate.

All depends on price, online setup, and the quality of future exclusive offerings.

Up to this point, all is looking pretty well for the Nintendo Wii U entertainment system.

Nintendo has gone on to show that they are serious about all aspects of gaming. Securing third party exclusive offerings, re inventing their online setup to compete with the now, and bringing forth a new way to experience gaming as a whole. With the Nintendo Wii U entertainment system tablet like control functions.

Delivering a Unique next generation gaming platform that...

A fresh change in the Japanese gaming spectrum. A top 10 list dominated by long time Nintendo rival Sony Computer Entertainment. A massive slew of NEW Sony releases have pushed the competition further down the list. Only the most popular Nintendo offerings of the time left standing. Well played.

Hopefully this trend will continue for them, and wont be a temporary victory. Now we must wait and see if these new titles have any legs and longevity needed to sustain the top 10 cha...

Well it looks like it is safe once again to agree to disagree and just see what happens down the road. I am sure the conclusion to this debate will come around when other next gen consoles release.

I do respect your points as well.

I know that was meant for more of some kind of joke, but I am sure you can bring more debate to the table than that.

Every next generation console is an upgrade to its previous platform. I dont know why things are so much different here.

If we must take it to that level.. What is the big difference besides graphics and movie playback from the PS1 and PS2? Or the XBOX to the XBOX 360 on the day of release.

I dont think the Vita will fall in enough consumer hands to fulfill that type of destiny. I believe that Sony has a better chance to compete with Nintendo as far as the game pad is concerned if they were to release their own game pad standard with the PS4.

If the market trends for the Vita are anything to go by. Sony simply can not create a 360 vs PS3 like rivalry because the Vita is not reaching consumer mass. Also the PS4 is in development, and when released all sony suppor...
