Indeed but it looked extremely close. KZ looked stunning but the gameplay really didn't match. Thats why its still hard to tell exactly how well Brink will play without actually getting hands on with the game, but it sure does look top notch.
I own both consoles mate. And yes, UC2 is probably the best looking console game to date, fantastic game!

what a big fat fail. I own both systems so its not an issue playing it eventually. Also played it at eurogamer. But the way sony handle betas is absolutely terrible especially in europe. Not only that but bf must have about 5 players on 360 for every 1 on ps3 making that surely a better pool of players for feedback. Unless of course they are using this as a way to increase sales on the ps3 which is possible
Sad face :( I hope the guys that split will return to Shadowrun and make a sequel. I loved that game so much, spent so many hours on it. It was just plain fun and different - something not many shooters are nowerdays. Yet due to a only 9 or so maps, and no singleplayer at full price the game got some relatively low scores causing low sales which is a huge pity.

Indeed it is! Straight away when I came up to the booth it was apparent how awesome the game looks compared to the first. Although the styling is extremely similar (obviously), they've totally upped their game.
Good effort for the devs of this game on Steam. They really are listening to what people say on the forums. Keep it up

I know two different guys who visit my site who have both had it. Havn't had a chance to get my hands on the game yet so cant comment for myself, but they have both had it at least a couple of times. Uncharted 1 freezes too even with the latest fw, so my moneys on it just being some kinda bug in the game.
Haha I hope your not referring to PES, that series has completely gone to utter crap. Because a game has bugs doesn't change the gameplay. My brother plays the hell out of it and hasn't run into anything so far, he's already wasted literally days on the game already (PS3).

Same! I loved Dreamfall. But The Secret World does look pretty damn cool, really unique concept so hopefully it'll live up to it.

Haha so many delusional fanboys in this thread. Played both the 360 and PS3 demos. Graphically both pretty much identical apart from the 360 has slightly better anti aliasing, but theres not too much in it.
However on a full surround system on the PS3 demo we did have some seriously low sound quality issues which weren't present on the 360 version, which is abit odd. Don't believe its an issue with the setup as every other game is fine on our PS3. Possibly just the demo for wh...

Lol questionable start ¬_¬' Aion has had one of the smoothest Western launches in MMO history. Yes there have been queues but course there are on launch night! The night an MMO launches is quite clearly not standard player numbers, everyone is piling on at 1 period of time to play.

But lets be realistic. Uncharted 2 is NOT going to outperform Halo 3 ODST in sales, by an absolutely huge margin. I mean Killzone barely competed with Halo Wars in sales - an RTS game.
Don't get me wrong though I absolutely can't wait to play Uncharted 2, the game looks absolutely stunning and the mp beta is alotta fun. But when you use the word 'outperform' your instantly looking at sales.

Play the full game before judging mate, the demo was indeed pretty damn poor due to some horrible decisions. Myself and my buddies stuck with our preorders thanks to the pc open beta being a ton of fun and are extremely glad that we did!
It's absolutely wicked in a 32 player server on full size maps with no lag and coordinating as a squad.
This sucks majorly. Free 2 play MMO's always have to make their money elsewhere, and the areas where they do often imbalances and screws with other aspects of the game. Not only that but F2P games attract a ton more kiddies.
They'l take a cash shop approach, probably much like the Free Realms route. Free 2 Play games are Free for a reason, theres not been one that can stand up to other Pay2Play games without having major flaws. Was really looking forward to this too.
